I visited Dean's on Thursday 26th September with my PS3 needing a new laser. Dean was very friendly and informed me that it could take a week as he needed to order a part. By Saturday afternoon I received a call from Dean informing me that he had carried out the repair and my PS3 was working again.
Can't recommend enough!!

Brought my laptop in with a busted fan, had excellent service from Dean who was able to provide regular updates on the state of my machine and helped to go the extra mile with also being able to replenish cooling gels within the laptop. I'd highly recommend his services to anyone having computer troubles!

Came into Dean's about a week or so ago to get the stick drift on my PS5 controller fixed. Left it with him for about an hour while I went to explore the beautiful town of Stockport.
Left the review till now just to make sure controller was fully back to normal and have had no issues at all using it consistently over the last week!
Top service, great pricing and will be coming here for any future repairs!

Excellent service. Repaired our Xbox as the HDMI port was damaged. He was very helpful, assuring and welcoming. Fixed it within an hour and the price was excellent compared to some cons merchants I've used in the past for electronic repair. Definitely will be my go-to guy for the foreseeable future.

Came in a few weeks ago with an issue with the charger port, he sorted it (once he got the part) and everything is back to normal. 100% would recommend to anyone and super down to earth to talk to aswell cheers

Came in with a bent CPU Pin, it was sorted out by the man himself less than 10 mins, he said it's on the house but to go home & check if it works. CPU works now. Really get service, love the customer service I received. Would recommend to anyone who has an issue with their PC's or Game consoles. Quality work definitely will be back.
