We lost our son in August and Ms.Patterson and her staff at Patterson memorial made everything excellent for us in this time of bereavement. She did everything she could to make it possible. Most unprofessional service the facility was subpar would not recommend this business at all Ms.Patterson is terrible and not helpful or professional at all!!!

Sharon and the staff of Patterson Memorial Funeral Home were the epitome of empathy, grace and patience during an extremely difficult time for me and my family. From the first time that I called Sharon, after the loss of my loved one, she was very kind and caring towards our needs and us as a grieving family. I cannot thank her enough for the comforting environment that she provided throughout the start of our grieving process and even until this day, she still calls or texts to check on us.
Sharon went the extra mile in so many ways. To name a few, she proactively kept us informed of next steps, travelled from Fayetteville to Concord and back to transport my loved one, coordinated arrangements, provided a plethora of suggestions for final resting sites and so many other things. She held my hand every step of the way.
During one of the darkest times of my life, Patterson Memorial Funeral Home helped me, and my family see the light at the end of the tunnel, feel important and feel loved. Sharon’s attention to detail is unmatched and her scheduling and professionalism, even during the current COVID-19 pandemic, is phenomenal!
