There is no better cell phone service provider than Patriot Mobile, great customer service- they are all Americans who speak great English, you get the same great network you were using, or can switch if you like, their price stays the same, month after month. Cant say enough about how pleased I am that I switched to Patriot Mobile!

We were introduced to Patriot Mobile through a good friend and are very glad we looked into them. They saved us hundreds a month on our mobile bill and the Patriot Mobile team has been excellent! They are always helpful, respond quickly in a polite and professional manner. They also support our great veterans which is a huge plus. They are an excellent company to do business with, you wont be sorry if you do!

Customer support *****. Request for help, I got a response that they received my request and then nothing but crickets. Requested cancellation of service and nothing again. Two days after receiving SIM card still no service and told I'd have to call to cancel service. Of course I don't have phone service to do that.

Service is GREAT and staff is right here in *****.. I have 1 person that I call, she helps my friends switch! I switched 2yrs ago and I am so glad I did. I hate that my money was being used against me by other companies. I am here till the end!! O, also I love that you can have 1 phone and 2 numbers..

My experience changing from ******* at 135 or more a month to Patriot Mobile was a beath of fresh air. ***** **** answered my call and was so professional, competent and positive as he took me from misery to complete satisfaction with my phone service. PM has provided me with seamless coverage at home and wherever I have traveled to in the ** and at a fraction of the cost. I switched from woke ******* to conservative Patriot Mobile more than a year ago and have never looked back! I love this company and take pride in knowing that my money helps support conservative and ********* causes. I not only cut my cost by switching, I also upped my data plan. Ive used the customer service support a few times too and love that I get to talk to a real person that is located in *******! Each time they totally understood what I needed, and they gave me easy to understand help/solutions. I strongly encourage you to make the switch, you wont regret it!

I actually get better service from Patriot Moble then I did from *******. I also dont get hidden fees, an extra costs thrown in That are not included in my plan. When I call **************** at ********************** Moble, I actually get a live person. The **************** helps me decide on the best package based on my usage instead of trying to upsell me on Services I dont need. I trust their billing so much that I am able to put them on auto pay. Ive never been able to do that with her phone bill before. I highly recommend Patriot Moble

Their customer service is the best in the business, bar NONE. Although Patriot Mobile is a little more expensive then some other MVNOs, it is TOTALLY worth it!Patriot Mobile bent over backwards when I was having issues getting on the network with my de-Googled android phone. They have always bent over backwards to help me with any issues I may have and they always take my suggestions to heart. I would definitely recommend Patriot Mobile to anyone!
