Terrible and pathetic experience with customer service, their tracking tool is not working working properly, and there reps questioning customer why keep on checking update. The time of order it was shown it will take 6 to 10 days but when checked for current status they mentioned it may take 20 days. Very pathetic and rude behaviour. Please do not get in such struggle, life already gave lots, so do not add more by ordering here.

Order I have received on 20.10.25, but in that Motor and Battery are missing in the package , Unpacking video attached for your reference. I have complaint to you and your vendor and following for more than 10 days but till Motor and Battery not dispatched (4399 rs no, refund, no dispet product last many time. I bought the jeep, worst customer experience with pa-toys , don`t trust online reviews of them because they have policy refund of delivery charge (in my case 1960rs)) if your share Good reviews , I don`t want to do this because these cheating keep going otherwise. I have faced following issue. 1) dispatch of item was delayed for than week and also they are not ready for cancelling the order and there response is very poor. 2) free shipping is mentioned in the checkout but delivery is charged as 1960 rupees. They accepted as technical issue in their end but looks like it is one of the cheating way. Behavior is very bad when I talked with them and they were asking me to place Good review on social media to getback delivery charge , I have the call recording for this. 3) there is no assembly/ manual instructions for the kids jeep and there is no response for call or chat. Note : quality of jeep is good but you don`t get proper response and you need to pay around 2k for delivery charge on top of cost of keep I chose pa-toy since they have accessories online and I thought to use it if required but their behavior and response is very bad so if you want to take risk then it is upto you.
