Amazing service, communicated delivery time and it came early which was perfect for us!! The guys were friendly and informative who delivered the bouncy castle. I will certainly be using this company again and recommending to all friends and family!!

The bloke was polite but I'm afraid that's all I can say. In my booking confirmation email it stated "Your approximate drop off time is 11:30 and your approximate collection time is 18:30", the bouncy castle arrived at 11:15 and it was picked up at just after 19:00. To me approx. means more or less at the time stated, I would say give or take maybe 5 mins max 10 mins. The bloke said the bouncy castle was my responsibility until it was picked up so I went back to the venue and waited until he arrived. The bluetooth only worked once for like 5 mins then we could not connect to it, I was later told that it goes into standby mode, I was never told this before he left after erecting the bouncy castle. So the bouncy castle we ordered was this one "Disco Bouncy Castle with Lights & Speaker (11 x 15ft)", it never stated in the email that we had to connect via bluetooth and provide our own music. I am disappointed as our venue finished at 18:00 but most went early so I phoned the bloke to pickup thinking I was doing him a favour and that's when I found out it was my responsibility and I should have read the Terms and Conditions. My advice, if you do hire from these then get them to put EVERYTHING in writing down to the very last minute detail so that you know what is expected from you as a hirer. Also the Terms and Conditions were NEVER sent with the confirmation email AND I cannot find them on the website.

Very satisfied kids loved the assault course was amazing. Rang them Saturday morning came Saturday evening set up in time for Sunday morning amazing service. Will be coming back again defo!!

Hired bouncy castle for my daughter’s birthday. Easy to hire and good communication throughout. Dinosaur bouncy castle was in perfect condition. Quick set up and collection and very reasonably priced. Would definitely use again

The owner was brilliant, I ordered a large bouncy and it was delivered on time and with a professional team. The price was very reasonable and the castle was clean, well kept and our children loved it. Thank you and I will definitely borrow one of your castles again.

thank you so much for your services, we used you on the weekend for my daughters 8th birthday party her and her friends had an amazing time the two gentlemen that come and set up were polite quick and officiant definitely recommend and i’ll definitely be using u again bounce king kept in contact with me from the moment i called and had enquiries which put my mind at ease they do ask for a deposit but that is taken off the price of the castle thank you again.

Called last minute panicking as I’d forgotten to book a castle. The guy was amazing and sent one the same night for us. Even when it looked like we would need it later than we did they let us have it an extra 24hrs for a very very small extra fee. 100% recommend these guys.

Brilliant service from Ryan and his team. We ordered a 6 x 3 gazebo for a festival. Communication from Ryan was world class and the product itself was great. Would definitely recommend, will be using this company again.

Absolutely faultless service. Hired a gazebo last minute for my granddaughter’s birthday party due to appalling weather. The 2 gentlemen that came to put it up on the day were fabulous, so accommodating. One of them offered to help us to carry things about whilst the other was sorting the gazebo. Lovely, polite, great communication. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and will certainly use them in future. Thank you very much.
