Party Kingdom (Jess) provided an exceptional service! Jess waited for 2 hours for our guest, who had an unfortunate incident at the airport, and handled everything like a legend. The vehicle was immaculate and comfortable, and the entire experience was seamless and stress-free. Highly recommend! Bloody good look no other if you want an airport drop or pick up. Party Kingdom exceeded our expectations for a stress-free and joy-filled celebration! The vibrant decor and exceptional party hosts, Jess and Azaliya, made every detail memorable. The play zones were a hit with the kids, allowing parents to relax while the little ones were thoroughly entertained. Our boys had an absolutely fantastic birthday – thank you for creating such a magical experience! 💙

Amazing coffee, friendly staff and an awesome play facility. Equipment kept to a high standard and at a great price. I have used all options - open play sessions, holiday programme and before and after school care and hired the facility for my daughters birthday. My children always leave with a smile and wanting to come back for more.

We hired a bouncy castle for my son's 5th birthday, as it was a big deal we thought we would go big ... Jess and the team at party kingdom went above and beyond to help us get the bouncy set up in the perfect ideal location, as it was a big one (7.5m x 3m) and we had limited space on our property. They came after hours the night before and stayed until we were happy with it's location. They moved it 3 times and inflated it to show what it would look like the next morning. Jess is a great laugh and very easy to deal with. Great value for $$$ 5 star's ✅✅✅✅❤️ Thanks Party kingdom

After sending my daughter to 3 separate holiday programmes over the Christmas Holiday period, Party Kingdom was by far the best. The staff were so kind, accommodating and friendly and made her (and I) feel so welcome. I loved being able to see photo updates on their Facebook page too of the many cool adventures they got up to. Thanks Jess and team for providing such a wonderful, hassle free experience. We look forward to many more school holiday programmes with you! :D

We had my son's 5th birthday recently with dinosaur theme. We all had a wonderful time, the party room looked fantastic and many guests commented on how good it looked. Jess did a wonderful job, it was all very smooth and stress free. My son had a wonderful time with his friends, I highly recommend

If you are looking for kids birthday party and bouncy castle...party kingdom is the place to contact....they have best bouncy on the coast at very affordable price. Communication is prompt and smooth. Excellent service....we'll contact you soon to arrange one more party in the summer. cheers 🥳

Had the best birthday party for our 3 yo last month! Not many places allow you to book the whole area only for your friends and almost no one allows to bring your own food. All guests were saying it was one of the best birthday parties they been to. Staff is super helpful and nice, facilities are great and the theme rooms offer lots of options. We couldn't be happier with Party Kingdom!

We celebrated our son's 3rd birthday there. Great experience! Was very clean, could bring your own food, room was decorated for the topic which we picked, our son was stoked! The lady who was working there was just the loveliest person you can imagine.

I’d give them 10000 stars if I could :) excellent service !! and the venue is the cutest !! I private hired the venue for my daughters 5th birthday and it was perfect just what I wanted. I was abit hesitant at first only because of the drive (45 minutes away) BUT after this party I’d gladly do this drive again !! And I’ll definitely be back !! It was perfect for the small group we had ! Play area close so we could keep an eye out on the kids at the same time ! Jess is lovely and her communication is soo good from the lead up to the party to the week of !! !! Thanks for having us :)we will be back

We've had our youngest's 6th birthday party here; the previous 2 years' bookings had to be cancelled due to Covid, but Eve and Jess were unbelievable in remembering us and being so accommodating. The party setting was wonderful that we did not need any more of our own decorations, and the playground was perfect in size, and very well-maintained. Such a cozy, fantastic venue, and I would recommend it to anyone for similar occasions.
