Poor Communication and Negligent Running of a Business
I have been trying to contact Parks Edge for two weeks by phone, several emails and the ManageCasa portal.
They have not responded to any of my communications trying to resolve the duplicate invoices on the account. As a result, I cannot pay the yearly dues.

Had my wedding here this weekend, such a beautiful venue.
But for having such a special day here , the staff was horrible. The manager was absolutely rude and had a bad attitude from the moment we arrived. I have received constant complaints from my guests and family members about the staff, I feel like I couldnt enjoy my wedding from all the complaints and things i heard myself .

Hi Chyna I'm so sorry you felt that way, I do vividly remember what happened. I let you use a whole other room in our facility that we normally rent out for free and asked that you didn't drink or eat in there because we hold children's church in there and didn't want ants but you insisted on eating and drinking champagne in there, I do also remember trying to assist you guys in cleaning which it states in our contract that was signed that the cleaning was entirely your responsibility but I tried to accommodate you guys as best as possible. I also vividly remember having to give many of your patrons bottles of water to help them towards the end of the night. I might add as well, Chyna, that you were extremely rude to me. When I asked if there was a problem you walked away from me. That would have been your chance to voice your concerns and possibly have them corrected. The facility was left dirty and I believe even after all that I gave back your deposit. I hope your next venue does better for you.
Rented clubhouse for an event. It was clean and roomy and the staff from homeowners association were awesome making sure everything we needed was there,
Very disappointed with the community, they fined me $1000 and told me it was because my mail box was dirty. I've tried to speak to management and they won't respond to any of my letters. They harrass you for very minor things and charge $1000 for a dirty Mail box without a warning 1st. Very disappointed with this place
I am so satisfied with choosing this venue for my wedding. They have a beautiful lake in the rear where I was able to take some amazing pictures. Price was affordable too. Thank you Alicia for everything😊
