EDITING: After writing a review, the site started communicating immediately. I received my order on February 23rd. It took a long time because it was sent by post office. I didn't know that, before, the goods from this company always came to me by courier. Then there were problems with customs, because the packages did not arrive in my country (EU) at once, of course, this is not the fault of the company. I understand that the company had problems and a lot of work after Brexit, but I still say that communication is not the best with them. This will be confirmed by other reviews. If I don't write a bad review, they won't communicate faster. It was enough to write right at the beginning that the goods will probably be delayed. As for the products, they are nice, 1 piece of jacket is missing. I wrote it to them, the director wrote that they would return my money if I deleted the rating. I won't delete the rating, I just wrote the truth.
I sent the order and paid for it on December 31st. Today is January 14th and the order is still not sent, they no longer respond to messages. On January 6, I wrote them an email when my order would be sent. They wrote, that tomorrow. Of course they lied. On January 8th they wrote me that some products (7 products) were sold out and they would send me money back for them. They sent back € 226.93, however, they still did not send the rest of the order. On January 11, I wrote them to send a tracking number. They wrote that they had still made a label and they would send it to me when they did. They have not responded to messages since.
