Charged me $50.00 over quote! 2 weeks later!
I was quoted a price of $31.00 to ship my product. It was a large envelope with 3 child size sundresses in it for my granddaughter. Shipping to England from the US. They tell you there is a possibility there could be additional charges. After the package was delivered I got an email from Parcel Monkey stating they had charged me an additional $49.37 with no explanation. I've tried to reach PM and they did not respond. I started researching and found several instances where this company has done this, seemingly with no explanation. I'm deeply disappointed and see no reason that my small package would have cost $80.00 to ship. They're supposedly a cheaper way to ship than USPS and UPS, they're not!!
