Eden led the remodeling of our kitchen and master bathroom, keeping within our specific requirements and budget. The design and rendering were beautiful, with helpful material selection both online and in-person. The countertop design, material selection, and installation were excellent, with a gorgeous waterfall feature. Open and honest communication throughout the project ensured our feedback was heard, and they supported us through all inspections. The final result is a completely revamped kitchen and bathroom that appear larger in the same space. We are happy to have chosen Paragon Builders for this project!

We were disappointed several times with Eden Kol's lack of communication and direction to his workers, causing delays and errors. Several times, items were not installed correctly and had to be fixed after we pointed them out. Various items were not to code. There was no schedule given to us, although we were told we'd receive a timeline before the start of the project and promised that we could use an app to follow updates. We were also promised a designer would assist us, but it was more empty promises. There was no app, no design consultant, no customer service, no consistent schedule, nor follow through. Our project was supposed to take a few months. Halfway through the project, they got a bigger job, and our project became a weekend or afternoon side job. The blame was shifted to us not providing the necessary material or that we didn't give the specifications for items to be installed, yet text messages and emails sent to Eden Kol were ignored with the exact items ordered and received on property were asked for again and again to make a rendering months into the project. Beware of Eden Kol- he is rude to workers, belligerent, and even verbally abusive to his customers, especially women. What a nightmare! Houz - this was a huge disappointment trusting you to provide professionals to do the job. Never again. Do not trust Paragon Builders. They will take your money and leave you disappointed.

We felt manipulated into paying up front. We did sign a waiver but we never dreamed how difficult it would be to get the work completed even in a somewhat timely manner. It seemed once he had our money we were an after thought. I have numerous text messages asking, cajoling and finally demanding when he would be sending a crew to start/finish a specific job. A job that was supposed to take a maximin of several months took more than a year.
We had another independent contractor look at our contact and he was amazed by the pricing. He felt the charges were extremely inflated. We feel this was a scam. It's been a nightmare for us. We have had to take this to the Contractor State Licensing Board. There are so many other honest contractors out there that we feel people can spare themselves a lot of anxiety and stress looking elsewhere.

Paragon Builders just completed a major kitchen, laundry area and bath construcation. Construcation included new custom cabinets, new flooring, a wall, new windows,… new everything!!
