This company does not offer samples of their products even if I pay for the shipping, which many do, which means I will just take my business elsewhere.
As a small business owner I do not have the funds to buy 1,000 bags of mistakes to then return it.

Terrible, Horrible company. I just cant say enough bad things about them. Customer service is horrible, shipping is ridiculously exaggerated. There prices or only OK, but they make their profits on shipping mark ups. Then use the price of gas that went down as an excuse. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!
Best place to buy a little or bulks of a great variety of paper for crafts prices are very affordable and the location is very easy to Google it all you have to do is go to the website see the variety of paper and great prices and you'll be convinced don't worry about the quality cause is the best..
the person delivering at will call is a miserable human being. imagine being so nasty to someone differently abled. literally why be so extremely rude, condescending, giving dirty looks, rolling eyes…??? this was my first and guaranteed very last time doing business with this company. the people you hire are a direct reflection of your brand, and THAT is the impression you want to give out to your customers? pass.

For five years I have been ordering mailers for my small business here. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars on them! And now I have received updated mailers, they are half an inch smaller. This is critically important to me, because my product fits tightly into the old mailers. Later I also discovered that the adhesive tape sticks to your fingers when you seal the mailer. In short, these were completely different bags. When I contacted customer support, they lied to me that the bags were checked and there were no changes. I suggested that they would rather increase the price per bag a little than sell this garbage. It is impossible to work with these bags now. The adhesive tape sticks to your fingers and your fingers are covered in glue, and then this glue transfers to your laptop and other things you touch. I hope they will return to the previous quality. Now the customer support has completely stopped answering my messages! Look for another, more reliable supplier!
