I have done a review or few For this law firm lol. Eery time I have an interaction with a staff member. I want to write another review lol. I'll start off with my case. My case is a sensitive + Was a difficult one as it was to many others . It involved abuse, neglect and things that are unmanageable to even speak of. The family at this firm make you feel as if you're part of them. They're compassionate, understanding, reliable, always there when you need them to ask any questions that pertain to your case. Today I had a question to ask and I asked for one of my favorite people not knowing that they were on vacation and it was their birthday week. She immediately answered and asked me how I was doing. I explained how everything was going and then asked her how she was and she explained she was on her vacation during her birthday weekend (and still had time to pick up for me) i wished her a happy birthday and thanked her for answering my questions during her vacation. I don't want to get into too much more details. I just want to say how much every time I've called them needed help. A shoulder to cry on. A question to ask. A person to listen to me. They've always been there for me even after my case. It's been almost a year now since we resolved my case And they still show their integrity and their loyalty every time I call .They're there for me now and I greatly appreciate that. No other law firm can give you anything close to what I received. I believe this! This is my first time going through anything like this and they made it easier and easier as time went on. Their promises are true. Their help was always there. It didn't matter if I had a question after hours I was routed to someone either it be Sean, Spencer,Erica, Tyler ,,caite, and my favorite Karin, (Even on vacation and her birthday week still have enough time to pick up the phone to answer a few questions for me). This law firm is more then Great! I truly believe that this was a Divine intervention. I had another law firm wanting me to retain them . They never felt right and close to the end. It proved that I made the right decision. This law firm has and is to me from the beginning to the end a blessing.Thank you everyone ! If I forgot a name, I'm sorry there were so many people in my life during those years + each one. Listened with care compassion and sensitivity. Yes it was very difficult But they made the process as easy as it could be. And for that I'm very thankful again And at times I don't even have words for it. That's how great they are. Probably the worst law firm I’ve ever contacted . They led me to believe they would accept my case and had me waiting … Then about 2 months later they claim to not have any knowledge in regards to what’s going on.
Well this firm really did help me out , nobody wanted to believe me about what had happened to me but they did and Erika and Karin are fantastic. I would recommend them and the firm to help, Thanks for understanding me!!!
