“I had a really frustrating experience at Panera Bread today. I stop by often to grab coffee while on the go, but today they had a sign on the bathroom door saying it’s only for customers with a receipt. I paid for my coffee but wasn’t given a receipt, so I asked the cashier for the bathroom code. He just told me to go ask the manager. The manager, Tavern, completely ignored me, said he was busy, and told me to go back and get a receipt, even though I already paid. It was a huge waste of time, and the staff was completely unhelpful. I won’t be coming back
The food is consistent like other locations.
The issue is the service. The process of getting your grab and go order is crazy. I guess due to theft they don't have you pickup order at the counter but the cashier. There is always a long line at register and usually just 1 person working register. Never see this at other locations. To be at a mall location, things should be more efficient.
