I got kicked out while sitting in and talking to my girlfriend
The lady who kicked us out name is Tina
Tina’s justification: We didn’t purchase food and seating
Mind you there was many seats available
I requested official information stating we can’t sit in for not purchasing anything and Tina claimed it was part of the policy
I requested the source and she referenced information provided when signing into the Panera wifi
Tina also insisted we could sit somewhere else (referring to the starbucks water cup I was holding)
I understand if the restaurant was packed but it wasn’t. The restaurant was 2/5th full.
It was also cold so thanks a lot for kicking us out.
During my time in town training with my guide dog, I visited Panera Bread at least four times and was impressed every visit. The staff was warm and attentive, the food was fresh and delicious, and the prices were very reasonable. I was extremely happy with the experience and highly recommend it!
my friend and I we’re eating in Panera and we’re sitting in one of the booths. I am a diabetic and my sugar was low And I didn’t have enough change so I asked for a water cup. I grabbed a soda to yhelp me. It was the only thing that I had access to. as soon as I grabbed it, I sat down. I was gonna drink it when all the sudden this worker that I’m guessing is a manager. no eye contact. No communication said nothing silently grabbed my drink and threw it out in front of my face and I was talking to the person and he ignored what I was saying. he went to the back. not to be dramatic, but I could’ve nearly fainted. They lost a customer for the both of us.
Just like most Paneras; you've seen one you've seen all, pretty much. This one is well managed, has friendly staff, and wait isn't crazy long, even without the self-order stations. Like the front room and the back room, where you can remove yourself to if there is a loud party in the main area. Also like the fire place and cozy seating area.
So I’ve been going there now for years and this is now my favorite Panera. I’ve been to so many in different states and this one is neat, well run, and the staff is top-notch! Coffee is always good and fresh and the service is friendly and prompt.
The best
Sometimes I get coffee here, either decaf or regular. The hazelnut is really nice, would be cool if they had hazelnut for decaf but I understand that is a very difficult specific ask. I normally use the app to pick up my cup at by the register and it's guaranteed always to be there waiting for me. It's really nice that certain drinks are included to the subscription. They have the regular creamers and almond milk, though I wish they had soy creamer. Yes that's another difficult ask but hey this is my review haha, and I'll just keep using my own. Regular sugars, and calorie free sugars as well. As far as service and food goes they're great!
