Not good. I should've read the review before I got there. Not good, especially customer service. They kept following me which is understandable a little. Because of jewelry store. But it’s too much.I felt very uncomfortable. I felt they were thinking I would steal. I won’t visit here again. There are nicer jewelry stores that are more kind and more helpful.

This place literally picks and chooses who they want to let shop there. We were told they were only offering wholesale shopping and that we needed proof of business to shop there. Meanwhile, there were other girls just like us that were definitely not there to shop wholesale but they got let in just fine. We traveled 40 mins to come here and nope nothing.

I’ve been coming to this place for about 4 years but I can’t any longer. They recently implemented a $200 minimum whole sale rule which was never the case in all the times I went there before. It’s a shame because this had been one of my go to places to find affordable jewelry

As a Black customer, I had a deeply traumatic and racist experience at P and K Jewelry. What should have been a simple shopping trip turned into an encounter filled with disrespect and discriminatory behavior. No one deserves to be treated the way I was—especially not when simply trying to spend their money in good faith. If you are Black, I strongly urge you to reconsider shopping here. Protect your peace, your dignity, and your time. Businesses like this do not deserve our support when they fail to show basic respect and humanity.

Terrible. Wasnt even allowed to walk through the door. Told it was wholesale only. Like ok…but there is no sign in the store front. Why have a business in a city where foreigners come to visit and you can’t even purchase anything unless you own a business. Makes absolutely no sense! What if I spent the same amount as a wholesaler? I even called to see if the next day was also wholesale and they straight up said “oh I don’t know you’re gonna have to come and find out”.
