Juan/Panda Financial were great and held my hand throughout the whole first home buying process. I made an offer on a property and needed to get finances sorted out quickly, Juan was great about making sure all my paperwork was in order and talking me through all the options available to me. He also helped me check my eligibility for government schemes like First Home Guarantee and First Home Buyers Assistance Scheme. Juan was really thorough and made sure there weren't any delays with my loan application. When I needed documents to be JP'ed, Juan was quick to come over and certify the documents. Juan provides excellent service throughout the mortgage application process and I will recommend him to everyone in the market for a mortgage.

Very professional, very informative. They were very helpful and patient, this was quite a new process for me so it was a steep learning curve. 5 star service. I got my initial mortgage with Panda Financial from Chris and now 10 years later, still with Panda for all my mortgage loan enquiries. Panda has supported me through multiple refinances. Chris has been fantastic in supporting all my mortgage enquiries and helping me transition to lower interest rate home loans. Rather than having to wait for a customer call center to give me answers, I just call Chris from panda. I have recommended Chris to multiple workmates and family members and everyone is very happy.
