Appalling service. Paid £250 for a "repair". From booking to suggested repair was 6 weeks (despite their website explicitly promising fast repairs). First engineer didn't bother turning up. Another turned up a week later for 2 mins, suggested some problems but had no parts. Series of broken promises to call back (never did) and finally told repairs would be done 6 weeks after I first paid. No refund or cancellation available. AVOID.
Awful service. Cannot get in contact with the company whatsoever and it seems nobody knows what they are doing when you do eventually get through. Been on hold trying to get through for 2 hours today and got cut off after 2 hours. Tried the chat and was given a suspended number to ring, tried again and got nothing from it as they stopped messaging. Unhappy customer!!
If I could rate 0 stars, I would. Wouldn't touch this warranty company with a barge pole if you paid me.
Tumble dryer was written off 17/11 due to fire damage. 4 weeks on and still no replacement. Pacificas communication has been shocking/ non existent, so I was chasing up every few days as there was radio silence. I have been given £30 compensation for the delay, however this had not even covered the price of having to purchase another clothes airer. Not to mention my money and time I've spent having to take my washing to the laundrette to dry our clothing, and the heating I've put on to try and dry our clothes quicker. We are a working family of 5 with 3 children. We have clothes airers in every space possible including our children's bedrooms.
Really not acceptable for a service that we have paid for. Looks like our children will be opening their Christmas presents this year underneath a clothes airer. Well done Pacifica 👏

On the phone trying to speak to someone from the service team, to cancel an engineer repair visit.
I gave up after 45 minutes of piped music!!
What wonderful customer service!!!

Not a happy customer.
A 3-week wait for my second call-out now, after the first repair did not work. Christmas Eve my fridge will be fixed, apparently. Maybe it will, maybe it won't. Pacifica doesn't seem to care. I spent £215 on this repair for this service. On top of this I receive appointments which are then promptly cancelled and rebooked. Not my first bad experience with this repair company - shocking.
