We had a visit from Adam Theobald engineer number 4596 to take a look at our fridge freezer that had been making loud noises for days and he provided a great service. The problem was fixed swiftly and we cannot praise him enough for his efficiency and professionalism during this visit.

Excellent customer service
I had an excellent experience with the Rob (4097) who came out to fix my dishwasher. The customer service was outstandingâhe were incredibly polite and kept me updated on when he would be arriving. He diagnosed and fixed the issue very quickly, and took the time to explain what the problem was and how to keep the dishwasher clean in the future. Highly recommend!

Absolutely terrible customer service, i have been waiting for someone to answer the phone for 1 hour and 7 minutes now (still waiting). Attempted to speak with customer service on the portal both times i started the chat it was ended 6-7 mins later with no response from the team. I had a repairs appointment which was rescheduled and have heard nothing since, fedup. I would NEVER shop with these people again, happy to take your money and thats where it stops
