Paul is exemplary in his explanation and preciseness when explaining mortgages to new comers like myself. Within minutes, he was very personable and answered a wide variety of questions. Furthermore comparatively to one of the best known mortgage companies he beat their rate by 1% and then offered other ideas such as rate buy down which saved me a total 2% over the competitors !! Thanks again, I highly recommend Paul and his team.

Paul Cubbison helped us get our home loan. We were originally attempting to get a VA loan and it turned out that we weren’t yet eligible for a VA loan. Paul was able to seamlessly sidestep into a conventional loan and still got us similar rates that fit our budget. He was also available whenever we needed him to help walk us through the more difficult things that we didn’t understand. And if he ever didn’t answer, he was always super quick to call back and seemed readily available almost always. He definitely doesn’t have the limitations of a bank as he shops from many different lenders to get the best rate of the day. He very easily adapted to our situation and we can’t think of anyone better to recommend in the treasure valley. We really feel like we couldn’t have done it without him.

Paul is great. He monitors everything closely and make sure you get the best of everything. One time, he managed to stay with me in the line to talk to home insurance and he made sire that I got the best price. He works all time and read SMSs and emails and responds very quickly.
