Highly not recommended. I called Pabla & Pabla Solicitors eight times in three days trying to speak to Mr Christian Potter about my case. I left multiple messages and never received a single call back. Completely unacceptable communication and very unprofessional. Clients should not have to chase this hard just to get a response about their own legal matter.

Recommended by a housing disrepair team and I will NOT recommend their services. My house has had a roof problem and damp for many years I've struggled to get them to do anything, as Patrick emailed back in his complaint response their aim is to get work done and get the case swiftly settled and they did that, the house is in worse disrepair as they rushed my landlords to do was bodge jobs with no one beingo sent out to check the work is at a standard, I was told to sign off works as they was completed and I wrote many times how I was worried about doing that, as what if this was to happen? I was told to just sign it and they'll contact them again and take claim further if needs be.. and now IF I'm able to get hold of him which I'm always the only chasing replies or updates.... Stephen my case handler only seems to chase if they are willing to pay more compensation! Meanwhile I have a leaking roof, stain block paint falling in my baby's bed and black mould patches growing spreading faster by the week and plaster coming away from the wall.. Look around other companies before being desperate enough to use these...

Once we registered and gave the go ahead for the searches everything moved very quickly. Yasar was helpful and was supportive particularly on the day we were waiting for the keys. Also the cost quoted at the beginning hardly changed so not any really bad hidden costs.

I had the hardest conveyancing case. And found these guys off a quote me website. I'm not even from Manchester. The nicest people! The kindest staff! Nicest management! For a women who fled DV and needed help to end things with ex spouse. I wish there was words., yasser, Collin, the reception staff, and everyone who ever answered the phone! I would recommend you from the bottom of my heart, <3 In this day and age someone who actually cares and is kind. Thankyou.

I cannot describe how poor this solicitor firm has been, I do not know who my case worker is after over a year process, no communication, they fail to respond to emails/messages on the app. I would never chose them by choice and anyone who is reviewing them should avoid at all cost!!

I didnt get to chose these solicitors, they were given to me from my legal cover insurance. Initially I was incorrectly advised I was going to lose 25% (possibly 36%) of my claim to their costs. This was not right. Then I was advised I had to pay £4000 for a hire car, again this was incorrect. I lost my patience when Louise from this company then advised if i was not happy I could go elsewhere, which I was MORE than willing to do. No advice was given about the offers from the guilty party. but suffice to say I was NOT advised what to do for the best. When advised to think about the offer, and then subsequently doing some research, Louise was quite abrupt, asking me if i was not happy with her service. NO, I wasn't happy and wanted to get advise elsewhere. Ultimately the case was closed. I received ALL the money and I am glad not to have to be using their service again any time soon. I would have dreaded this going to court, 1/10
