I didnt get to chose these solicitors, they were given to me from my legal cover insurance. Initially I was incorrectly advised I was going to lose 25% (possibly 36%) of my claim to their costs. This was not right. Then I was advised I had to pay £4000 for a hire car, again this was incorrect. I lost my patience when Louise from this company then advised if i was not happy I could go elsewhere, which I was MORE than willing to do. No advice was given about the offers from the guilty party. but suffice to say I was NOT advised what to do for the best. When advised to think about the offer, and then subsequently doing some research, Louise was quite abrupt, asking me if i was not happy with her service. NO, I wasn't happy and wanted to get advise elsewhere. Ultimately the case was closed. I received ALL the money and I am glad not to have to be using their service again any time soon. I would have dreaded this going to court, 1/10
I would like to thank pabla and pabla solicitors for there help in closing my case and my case handler camran khan as well as other associates that helped me bring it to a close I would highly recommend using the company for any solicitors needs I can't thank you enough for all there help 5 stars
Worst solicitor ever. That "Charlie" couldn't organise a policemans ball.
Strung me along for months after having severe back injuries in a result of a HGV accident, made me attend painful physiotherapy for months, I couldn't work due to my injuries and I still cannot access work, having been signed off.
What a joke of a firm, wouldn't trust them to sell ice to a polar bear. Not even sure who put me in touch with these clowns, but i'll be going else where.
Terrible to deal with for a collision i was paid out the bare minimum and was told to accept a 50/50 even though it was the other parties fault after rejecting the 50/50 they tried on multiple occasions to persuade me to accept it then tried to tell me about the costs and that it was not worth it i knew i was not at fault and declined and in the end i won only by my own doing of rejecting their advice avoid also i forgot to mention it took the 4 months shy of 4 years to pay me out
Following an accident in 2024 the insurers put me on to this company for a personal injury claim initially the contact was OK they even had theirown message site for your claim that was never used after you signed up for them to represent you, even emailsent using this page was never replied to or updated what a waste of time (l supposed it was only used to try & look professional & they wanted your business agreement along with terms & conditions signed first ) then your informed on their paperwork that they take 36%, for what l don't know as you constantly have to chase them for updates, and that's if you can get an person who picks up the phone the whole process is very slow. l had acute injuries god help anyone who's had more severe injuries.was even told by the reception that it can take 3 years what has been done in a year so far explains why.
They send you for an assessment where you have to pay for parking & its in some cases been told this is not even getting reimbursed. My particular claim handler works part time & from home & rarely returned calls or email especially if you call her before her day off on a Friday. The company don't care at all & given that they take such a huge percentage i expected to have better customer service. Avoid this company at all costs don't feel forced to use them there are better claims companies out there who act faster take less percentage once your claim is successful & have better customer service than these people
Solicitors linked to my car insurers. Got hit by a Tesla at a roundabout months ago and have physical injuries, have had time off work, but because there was no obvious damage to my car (which I never claimed) they’re writing me off too. They take weeks to reply to emails, and are agreeing with the insurers of a guy that hit me, based off a very blurry photo that the guy FOLLOWED ME TO THE HOSPITAL yo take without my knowledge. -1k/20 do not recommend.
