We met Joe at the Spring and Garden show and requested a quote to replace a 15 foot gate with new double gate along with replacing fencing with the new gate. He was prompt to visit our home and with a quote. Very reasonable as I had contacted a handyman and two other fence companies. One company had me measure the fence and then gave me an outlandish quote on the foot without ever seeing the property. His crew did an excellent job. It looks fantastic and functions great, we are very pleased. Great service and great product!

Disappointed still.
Unfortunately, there is a sizable gap on our double gate. We told and showed the installers prior to them leaving on March 16. We followed up twice and were assured it would be taken care of ASAP. Today, we still have a double gate that is not aligned causing a crooked gap. We are seriously disappointed as this was the highest of the quotes we received.
About 40 feet of my fence was smashed after the storms came through this past June/July with residual damage to a total of 120 feet of fence. I contacted Joe at Ozark Fencing to get an estimate, and had to talk to the weird AI to schedule an appointment, which was just….disturbing to say the least. After describing my situation, Joe told me that insurance doesn’t cover fence replacement, and, after I asked for an estimate anyways, he agreed to send one but never did and never returned my calls and emails to follow up.
Well, he was wrong (my insurance did cover replacement) and > 120 feet of my fence is being replaced by another company in Springfield now.
At first it bothered me that Joe was so confident that the fence wouldn’t be covered, but then when he never returned my multiple calls, it seemed clear that he just didn’t want my business but didn’t want to be upfront/transparent about it. I’m guessing he thought only the 40 feet of fence could be replaced and he didn’t think they could make enough profit on that.
Because of my interaction with Ozark Fencing, I will not be recommending them to anyone.
Ordered a new latch called a "shark latch" and it was not only ordered and delivered fast, but it fit, and my customer loved his new heavy-duty latch. I was able to meet my deadline on time.
I highly recommend Ozark Fence & Supply for your fence material needs.

I got several estimates from a couple of different companies that were less expensive. in the end I chose the company with decades of experience in Springfield Missouri. Your crew members were great polite they finished the the job in a timely fashion and my new fence looks great so happy highly recommend.

Yeah, I could have done the fence cheaper myself, but I don’t have the time, skills, techniques, attention to detail, or perfection that these guys have.
The fence is perfectly, I mean PERFECTLY straight. Gates installed were at maximum width. They took the extra time to secure the fence as close as possible to the house and even put in a baby little fence to cover a small gap so the dogs couldn’t slip through.
I had a few random lawn bricks laying around (in their way) and instead of just piling them up, they neatly placed them around my AC unit to use it as a weedeater stop.
I’ll more than happily pay the extra for these guys to do my next fence.
