I've hired Ken twice. He does Fantastic work! Aside from perfectly clean carpets, I come home, and they were almost completely dry since he uses hot water. I wouldn't go anywhere else

We had to try a different company so we called Oxy-Genie when our old carpet cleaners were no longer available. So glad we chose this one! With 20 years’ experience, Ken expertly assessed our degraded 28-year-old carpets, our stairs & high traffic areas, and the sad mess that our old dog and two newer puppies had made. We were hoping to replace the carpets next year but, until then, we really needed a deep clean and for the house to smell better. The price he quoted was extremely reasonable for the amount of work required. He protected our floors and baseboards and assured us that he was going to do his very best and that the treatments would be safe for our pets. Ken was thorough and efficient and a day later we are so thrilled to wake up to very clean carpets and the house smells amazingly fresh. Free from chemical and pet odours. We feel like he has saved us from stain embarrassment, we can breathe easier, and we can walk through our house in comfort. We highly recommend Oxy-Genie and we will definitely hire them for future projects!
