Oxford Bathroom extremely disappointed We are currently into the 12 week of a 8 week contract to do a full bathroom renovation. I really have not had a worse experience with any other company. Nothing has been done on time and they are terrible at replying to messages and calls. Both the project manager and the operations manager have failed to reply to me. I would avoid giving them your business. They use sub contractors for everything and they really don't care about their customers. Some sub contractors had not been paid by them others were working with them for the first time. They have ruined our carpet by not putting protection down prior to working. The wrong mixer was ordered and by the time the correct one turned up it was over 2 weeks since strip out, the strip out company didn't remove the waterproofing as contracted to do. The plumber turned up to install fixtures but there was no toilet for him to install even after I reminded the project manager the week prior. The toilet we had on our contract was not available after more than 8 weeks of work being started. This is only some of the issues we have had and still can't move back in because over the last two weeks apart from the delayed shower screen being installed nothing else has happened even after multiple confirmation of work being completed by the project manager. I have lodged a complaint with Fair trade NSW but this will take approximately 6-8 weeks. Do not engage Oxford to work on your renovation.

we recently had our bathroom renovated by oxford bathroom,and the experience was fantastic from start to finish.Thomas Project manager is excellent and best project manager for my job.looking for a reliable and expert bathroom renovation choose oxford.

DONT GO WITH OXFORD BATHROOMS!!!! Absolutely the worst experience ever! Very quick to take your business, will demolish soon after and then … nothing! Two bathrooms that should have been completed in 2.5 months took 7 months. Walls, carpets and structural damage occurred throughout the renovations and weeks and weeks where no activity took place. Workmen are subcontracted and skills range from excellent to questionable of even being accredited. Swapped project manager due to poor communication and excuse after excuse for no work being done. For a “one stop shop” it’s not worth the hassle of unreliable time frames, poor workmanship and the headache of poor standards.

Bought the one stop shop dream, got a 23 week nightmare. I initially chose Oxford Bathrooms because I loved their "one-stop shop" business model. Being able to pick all the fixtures and fittings in one place and have them handle the project management was exactly what I wanted—I thought I could just let them do the whole lot and not have to worry about a thing. Unfortunately, the reality has been the exact opposite. For the premium price they charge, I expected a managed service, but I have ended up acting as the unpaid project manager. Oxford Bathrooms quoted 6 to 8 weeks to complete Stage 1, yet it took a ridiculous 23 weeks. To make matters worse, we are still waiting for them to address several outstanding issues from that phase that have gone completely ignored. Every trade that has turned up had no clear brief; we had to personally walk them through the job and tell them what to do because there was zero direction from Oxford bathrooms. The only time they actually initiate communication is when they are chasing us for progress payments. When we have questions about the massive delays, we receive no response, but they manage to send through progress payment invoices with no problem. Even when the work has not been completed. We are now partway through Stage 2, and it has been four weeks since demolition with not a single trade attending the site. Save yourself the headache and the money: do not trust the "one-stop shop" sales pitch unless you are prepared to do their job for them while your house sits in pieces for months.

Very happy with Oxford Bathrooms. Our bathroom looks even better than expected. Thomas, our Project Manager was very responsive, gave us regular updates and visited the site often. Charbel the plumber and all the tradespeople took care with their work, were clean, punctual and did good quality work. we are loving our new bathroom. Thank you everyone.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! My partner has had several issues and delays with Oxford. Something that was meant to take 6 to 8 weeks has dragged on for over 5 months. They are quick to ask for money but can’t deliver. Their project manager has changed 3 times since we accepted the job. Their trades are good but that’s when they finally arrive. We are looking to take this to NCAT as we are on the 5 month and have only got to waterproofing stage

Do not use Oxford Bathrooms. The sales guys are great. The trades are good. The project management is terrible. I'm not sure how they got the positive reviews about project management – ours is incompetent and keeps telling us it's our fault that fittings haven't arrived on time which keeps pushing the completion date back further and further. And we can't get a response from management about concerns we've been raising for weeks.

Wish we had used another company The sales and trade so far have been great. But once you pay a deposit you receive terrible customer service. We've been trying to resolve it with the company but get no response from them. We decided to use Oxford because of the project management services they offer and that has been the biggest waste of money. Fittings don't turn up on time causing delay after delay and we are blamed for it by our project manager who is our point of contact. Management have ignored all the issues raised to them and won't call or respond to emails. We wish we has used someone else for the project.

Frighteningly terrible. It’ll be wise to think twice before using them. Everything that can go wrong went wrong. If you think you knew what incompetence means you’re about to be unpleasantly surprised.

We have experienced ongoing issues with our bathroom following work completed by this company, including mould developing in the sealant. We have made multiple attempts to contact the company by phone to request repairs. Our calls have not been returned, and when contact has been made via the landline, no resolution or timeframe for repairs has been provided. As the issue remains unresolved, we are now considering further action to have it addressed

I was expecting our experience with oxford bathroom to be amazing after seeing all the good reviews. It was a pleasant experience up to planning and signing up with them. Removal happened fairly quickly, but everything else is taking ages between jobs. It’s been initially agreed to complete and handover by end of November but picture shows where we are at by first week of December. It’s been over 4 weeks since the removal, and over a week since waterproofing was applied. I’m still hopeful and will update the review upon completion.

Very happy with the finish of the bathroom. Steve's communication was great and very upfront with anything that needed to be done or that might need to be done. It was all completed quickly, with little to no waiting time for the different trades to come in. I would definitely recommend Oxford bathrooms to friends and family.
