Absolutely fantastic 3 hours
We had a fantastic tour of the Alcazar and an amazing visit to the Cathedral/Mosque.Very informative and great opportunity to add more information on the history of Andalusia and Spain.The synagogue needs to be noted it is a previous private location and not that used for the Jewish public.Would highly recommend

Disappointing service and do not use this company
complaint regarding the Cathedral, Alcázar, and Giralda Guided Tour with Priority Ticket, which I booked via Viator. Unfortunately, due to your company’s negligence, my ticket was not booked, and as a result, I was denied entry into the Real Alcázar.This was an utterly frustrating and disappointing experience. I had planned my holiday meticulously, and this failure ruined what should have been a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to visit the Real Alcázar. I will never get another chance to see it, and your company’s incompetence cost me a key highlight of my trip.To make matters worse, I was left embarrassed in front of the rest of the group when I was denied entry due to your mistake. This is not just poor service—it is unacceptable and inexcusable. Your company’s lack of accountability and organization has caused significant distress, and I expect a full and immediate refund, along with an explanation of how such a fundamental failure occurred.
