Dustin, Jenna, and their foreman, Jose, did a reroof for me a few years back in preparation for solar. I forgot to leave them a review but better late than never. I bid my roof project out to several roofing companies, and was most impressed with Over and Above for 2 reasons: 1. Dustin, the owner, personally came out to walk the roof and provide me a bid. 2. There were a couple of little hiccups along the way, primarily resulting from miscommunications with the solar company, which he more than made up for. His foreman had forgotten to face dirtier tiles away from the street so they wouldn't be street visible, and there was an operational snafu with the solar installer. However, he took full accountability and that has resulted in me continuing to go back to him for future roofing needs. Over & Above are a small shop, and so while I had some initial concerns about them being able to take on my project, I was pleasantly surprised. The lack in administrative overhead was hugely beneficial in terms of getting direct access to Dustin regarding the project, and also resulted in competitive pricing compared to other roofing companies. He has never been dishonest with pricing, which I really appreciate.

Dustin came out immediately too look at the significant leak over the bedroom. He identified the problem, explained the problem, helped us protect the area until the rain stopped. Then his team came out and replaced a whole section of roof. Success! Then in this last rain spell we had a different leak in the front of our house, he climbed up, fixed the low spot and another success! No charge for the addition visits to check our leaks. He is a great roofer, very pleasant and excellent work. Thank you Dustin!
