I wish I could rate them higher than 5 stars as they deserve it. Interacting with Ottohaus is the best experience with a mechanic I have ever had. They are honest, knowledgeable, well priced, friendly, and super responsive. If you are going anywhere else you are making a mistake.

Excellent service. I would give 6 stars if I could. I took my vehicle in for a regular service. It took about an hour and was super easy to schedule. The waiting area is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I'm so happy to have found a service center that I can trust and is affordable for my vehicle. I highly recommend Ottohaus.

I have a Lexus that my previous mechanic neglected but I could tell my car was having brake issues I got recommended Ottohaus by a friend and they took amazing care of my car changed both my breaks and now my car is running smoothly

I had been to another BMW repair shop in town and the dealership to try and diagnose the electrical issues with my car and every other place told to replace the DME. After the money I had spent to replace valve cover gasket and eccentric shaft sensor I was not pleased with having to spend thousands more to get my car up and running.
Ottohaus was able to discover that the DME in fact did not need to be replaced and was able to get my car up and running for a fraction of the price and fix the issue. It would have been very easy for them to go ahead and do the much pricier repair that 2 other places had recommended, but they were honest and helpful and pointed me in the right direction. Don’t go to the dealership, don’t go to any other BMW repair shop in town. I will always come back here and will always recommend to those in need. Kris was great to deal with and my experience could not have been better.
I was very impressed. Knowledge of my car. Honesty and fair prices. Definitely has my business! My Audi💯

So nice to deal with!!! Courteous and friendly and reasonable in price. Chris was so friendly and treated me with respect. Great place to take your Mercedes. They seem to really know their stuff.
