☺Персонал, кроме горничной, которая почему то меня не поняла или не хотела понять.
☹Подушки твёрдые, хотя я попросила поменять, никто так и не поменял, хотя я понятно об яснила что спать на них не могу. Пришлось без подушки два дня спать.

☹Nereden başlasam bilemedim; girişte resepsiyonda ki arkadaş%70 doluluk var dedi ama kalabalığı hissetmezsiniz bile dedi dk bir gol bir kapalı havuza girelim dedik 10 tane adam kaplamış heryeri eşimle kenarda birazcık girdik neyseki. Restaurantta yer yok biraz lobi de bekleyebilirsiniz dediler yuh artık paranla rezillik. Restaurantta çalışan arkadaşların bir dövmediği kaldı kola ve bira istedik 2.söylememde getiricez dedik ya cevabı aldık. Daha çok şey sayarımda sayfa yetmez. Saygısız restaurant çalışanı var 1-2 kişi.. Casino planlaması içinde söyleyeyim kim yerleştirme yaptıysa yazık yazık yazık.. Tur firmalarına 3.500 tl dışardan gelen 6.500 tl konaklama ödüyor(booking en ucuzu güya) kısacası tur lar için çalışan bir otel..

First class luxury hotel stay in Cyprus
☺ The service from the staff who greeted me was first class, particular Oli and Obi whose communication skills and English were excellent. The size of room and quality of the furnishings was superb and the all inclusive was good value, although the food in sky bar was even better .
☹ There was a smell of foul water during the evening. There were some renovations which may have affected the plumbing / drainage. The manager swiftly arranged a room change to a suite . I gather renovations are due for completion in March so it should not be an ongoing issue.

☺ Great location and very nice hotel. The room was a good size, comfortable bed and very good shower.
The roof too bar is great for drinks and snacks. We arrived in February/out of season so lots of works ongoing so limited access to outdoor facilities. The shisha bar is a great spot to chill with a few drinks… gym/spa/pool/hamam are all great… outdoor pool is massive and would be great in the summer… staff very freindly and accommodating- overall 8 out of 10…. 😃
☹ Nothing really negative to say other than the food - there was a good selection of food on the menu in the roof top bar but I would not order steak! Poor quality meat!
The breakfast/lunch/dinner in main restaurant has decent choice but not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel.

☺ Everything was perfect, the amount of choice at the buffet, the amazing suite & the service from customer relations & red coat porter was fantastic, all staff were very friendly & helpful
☹ There was a smell of cigarettes in the room as people were smoking in hallways by lift, customer relations sent an air purifier to our room which heko alot.

Great hotel and top notch service!
☺ 3rd visit to Cyprus and 2nd time staying at Lords Palace with family back to back years. We all love the hotel and services they provide. Food and staff is amazing as well. We spent some time in the casino as well and there were several large jackpot winners wiithin few days. It is definitely a fun place to stay. Service is top notch as well!
