I had a great experience working with Oswego Roofing to replace my roof. The workmanship was great and the job only took a couple of days. The roofers cleaned up after themselves and made sure no nails or old shingles were left in the yard. I’d recommend them to anyone needing to replace their roof.

I previously had a leak in roof and found out about Oswego Roofing through a friend of mine who had work done by them. When I first reached out for an estimate they told me that same day someone would come inspect my roof and be able to give me a quote. Julian was the one who showed and was very professional and efficient. My roof is now leak free. Will 10/10 recommend.

Spoke to Julian last week I was assured Wednesday to Friday somebody would be out to do a roof and and skylight inspection. When nobody reached out, I called again explaining that we have a deadline and needed to get this checked as soon as possible. They asked if they could come out Saturday, again I agreed, and again no call no show. They do not follow through with their words/promises.

All our call are monitored, and we have proof that you've been persistently requesting us to get you an estimate in a short time. Everyone has to get in the schedule as we are busy.
We also have proof that Julian did an exception for you and went to take pictures of the house on Friday, again everyone has to wait a few days to get an estimate because it takes time.
In construction, roofing is the most risky job. Unfortunately, we had a crew member injured on Friday and you Julian went to the hospital with him to help him out. If you think that we have to prioritize your request above everyone else, you're wrong. Until now you're the most unprofessional real estate agent we've had to deal with. Don't even expect to get an estimate now and/or in the future.

Julian and his crew at Oswego Roofing did an outstanding job for us replacing a leaking sky light and providing a brand new 50 year roof with substantially upgraded new gutter system. We collected multiple bids and they were by far the most attentive to details and fair price wise. Employees were professional, courteous and cleaned up everything. The best part was how they took advantage of a 3 day weather window and knocked it out in perfect timing! Highly recommended.

We have a concrete tile roof and Oswego Roofing is one of the few roofers who knows what this means. They worked with us on some badly damaged parts of our roof, offered fair quotes and the crews who did the work were skilled and hard-working. When the repairs were worse than they quoted, they only charged us for materials. They also cleaned and used tiles we had as spares which saved us quite a bit of money. I'm going to call them next time our roof needs to be cleaned or repaired!
