I had lower back pain so bad that I could hardly get in my car in the end. I was treated at the clinic by Tilly Cosgrove. Her treatment and exercises at home, plus recommended dietary changes, has seen my back fully recover. I highly recommend.

After being involved in a car crash I was left with bad pain in my neck and back. After visiting Osteowellbeing, Zuzanna provided excellent service to help me alleviate some of this pain. She also pointed out a fracture that I may have had, to which later ended up I did Infact have a fracture, where doctors at the hospital failed to notice. Ever since, Osteowellbeing have been a massive help to ensure my recovery. Would highly recommend to anyone!

I had a 60mins Thai massage and it was excellent. by Maya,The masseuse was very experienced, applied the correct pressure and left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I would highly recommend OsteoWellbeing and by maya to anyone looking for a massage treatment. Xxx

Natalie at OsteoWellbeing was recommended to me, and she's given me the most effective treatment I've every received. Plagued with shoulder, neck and lower back pain and tightness for 6 years or so, I'd previously received all types of treatment that only provided temporary relief. Not so with Natalies approach. I'm a competitive triathlete and since the treatments, I've finally been able to breath to my full capacity, swimming has become more enjoyable, I'm a faster runner and more powerful on the bike. I am able to do so much more than ever before and with so much less pain. They are always so kind, friendly and very caring. My treatments are personalised to me and the pain I am in that day. I visited this clinic twice recently for an acute back problem. Rory the osteopath did an amazing job and sorted the pain out brilliantly. I can highly recommend him.

So glad to have visited this clinic, having had two bad experience at other local clinics in the area (who I will not publicly name), I was recommend OsteoWellbeing by a friend and have not been disappointed. They have provided a fantastic service which used a mixture of manipulation, acupuncture and exercises . After having lower back pain for months which developed into sciatica, this clinic has helped me to regain mobility, ease the pain and put me on the road to recovery. Rory has been excellent and I cannot thank him enough. I highly recommend them.

I was in agony with lower back pain and after seeing great reviews, decided to make an appointment. I contacted the clinic and was given an appointment for the same day. I saw Rory - he was amazing. He made me feel so at ease and helped to relieve the pain in my lower back. I genuinely left the clinic feeling like a new woman. After a week the pain was almost completely gone. I cannot recommend OsteoWellbeing enough - thank you so much.

I had terrible pain from what I thought was sciatica (never had it before) and booked to see Reno. He was brilliant. He diagnosed the problem as piriformis syndrome which is where the sciatica nerve gets trapped under a muscle. We then had a series of appointments where he worked hard on the immediate & surrounding area with stretches and exercises. Gradually it got better and better and now it’s completely gone! Very thorough, knowledgable and personable chap. Highly recommended. Thanks Reno. 👍

Recently visited the clinic and had two appointments with Zuza to help me with my neck which I couldn't move at all. Oh wow! Her treatment was like a miracle! The extreme pain was gone within two days! Highly recommend the place and Zuza in particular! THANK YOU!

After tripping on a pavement and a hospital check for broken bones, I went to Osteo Wellbeing for a muscle strain. I had treatment from Rory, who was amazing. He stretched me to give me more movement in my hip. Absolutely brilliant. I now have almost complete movement again. Very grateful to have found this clinic and in particular Rory.

I highly recommend OsteoWellbeing and the prompt response I received from Suheyla getting me seen by her team. I broke my ankle and had Rory who is amazing and I felt such at ease. He really knows his stuff. When I started my ankle was very weak and swollen but as time went by having these sessions with Rorys my ankle has gotten much better. With Rorys expertise he gave me exercises to do at home in between seeing him. It’s been 3 months of recovery but if I hadn’t of been in touch with Suheyla and booked in for treatment I don’t think my recovery would have been this good. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs physio. Thank you again for a great service.

I have recently started treatment with Alexandra, and all I can say is she is wonderful. I had a rotator cuff injury and was sent for physiotherapy, after 2 phone calls and 1 face to face session I was discharged. It has now been 9 months of continuous pain and discomfort from the same injury, so i decided to seek help myself. That's when I met Alexandra. After the 1st session I felt completely 'new,' the pain and discomfort had gone. Alexandra is so welcoming and professional, her hands are honestly Magic! I highly recommend her.

Suheyla and Rory are absolute life savers! I came to OsteoWellbeing after a terrible experience with a Chiropractor and Suheyla helped me immediately with chronic back problems. Flare up's and maintenance have been managed so well and with no pressure to book appointments. They make booking very easy, even with my busy schedule and actually make an effort for you. Alexandra, has been treating me for the last couple of months, initially to resolve lower back pain and then to manage long standing knee pain. She has been awesome. My back is pain free and I have been able to go for longer and longer walks without knee pain. I just wanted to write and say a few words regarding my recent treatments with Alexandra. As you know, I had been in agony for 18 months with my arm and shoulder getting progressively worse over that time. An injury and the fact that the swimming pools and aqua classes being shut (my chosen exercise) and also doctors surgery’s busy for obvious reasons, I just continued to live with the pain. I finally plucked up the courage to arrange an appointment at your practice and I can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I have ever made. My treatments with Alexandra have been nothing but amazing in helping with my recovery. She is such a lovely, warm person and so passionate and caring for your continued well-being. My sessions with her, although at times painful, have relieved a debilitating injury and have given me back all my mobility and the confidence to exercise in different ways in a relatively short time.
