If Harry Potter was a Physical Therapist, he would be Garrett. Garrett posses this magic as he manually manipulates the muscles, ligaments and spine to release pressure to alleviate pain and increase mobility . He then orchestrates the rest of the wizard world at orthopedic sports medicine institute (OSMI) to oversee the exercises that he has chosen. Each of the experienced team possess their own magic of kindness as they patiently instruct and monitor while you’re doing the exercises . Garrett has chosen a well rounded challenging routine to include ones to help with specific aches of that day . You leave knowing you’ve had a great workout . I cannot say enough good things about my experience.

I had hip replacement 3 years and last March I had total knee replacement. The staff at The Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Institute were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the the whole experience. I had the same Dr do both my procedures, Dr. Nicholas Martin. Great Dr. very caring, knowledgeable and skilled. If I have future orthopedic needs this is my go to place!

The physicians are excellent but the billing department BEWARE. My husband had surgery in 2020. Love the dr's but the billing department needs some help. My husband made a recent appointment to look at his knee and was told he had a balance and could not be seen by a dr. We never got a bill in the mail or were told we had a balance. The appt was made this month in 2026. The office had 6yrs to collect by sending is a bill or notifying us but nothing. 6 years later they collect because my husband didn't think to ask while I am what is this charge for and they told him it was from 2020. That was 6 years ago and we were never notified about the bill. We never got a bill in the mail. I can understand months later after service but not 6 years. BEWARE of BILLING DEPT. I am looking into this because I believe TX has The TX Timely Billing Law.

3 month checkup after knee surgery. So much better 🙌🏼 Dr Nicholas Martin is the best!!! He’s so kind and caring AND a great surgeon who’s up on all the latest technology, including the use of a robotic arm for more accuracy during surgery. Plus the staff are all so friendly and professional! Highly recommend them for your orthopedic needs!!!!❤️

The doctor I see there was wonderful!!! The front office staff can use some training. While not all of them are completely unfriendly seems to me that most are. The billing department is incompetent, coding the visits incorrectly and asking for deductibles and out of pockets when it clearly says on my insurance card that I only pay a certain amount to see a specialist, and no there wasn’t any procedures done and why may I ask does it take over a year to send the bill out. I have contacted them 3 times now and they keep telling me to contact my insurance, my insurance is unclear on the bill to and how it was coded but paid their part. I would be careful about this place if they don’t know what is going on there and how to code the bill and especially when to send them out!! Absurd!!!

Dr.Daniel Wagner. He is the best I know of in Fort Worth.Did a great job on both of my total knee replacements. I had one done in February and the second one done in May. was able to manage my pain and get me into physical therapy so that I could get better soon. I would swear about this doctor about his work ethic and his professionalism.Fort worths BEST!!!

The lack of empathy and coordination for people with serious and time sensitive injuries is appalling at best. Everyone passed the buck at any attempt of clarity in billing, preOP planning, postOP instructions, and occupational therapy. Really a terrible experience in such a mentally draining time. They really should just start with Some accountability. They will probably write a response to this, but I gave multiple people feedback in real time, and when prompted, with no change and the best of apologies won’t make up for the stress their lack of responsiveness caused me. People come to you in pain, and stressed, please treat them like they matter! @TOSMI I saw the same generic response you send to everyone. I’m a patient and you know who I am, if you were interested in any accountability you could follow up directly instead of a weak attempt to manage your reviews by feigning empathy. I will not call Rachel. To give you more feedback when my cast came off and I had to go upstairs for OT, your office did not coordinate that before hand and they said they couldn’t get me in for another 2 weeks. Then I had to go on my own, at a painful and stressful time, to find another rehab clinic that could fit me in quickly and accept my insurance. Another drop of the ball. Terrible coordination and communication.

These people are terrible. They immediately gave me X-rays even though they were totally unnecessary. Total money grab. Then they told me to buy insoles on Amazon. This place is a joke and pretty much just ran on insurance fraud.

I started my journey with OSMI in 2025 with PA Jeff Curtis. Jeff was great and very helpful. After listening to my complaints and going through injections and meds we moved to occupational therapy, that was a whole new adventure. Once therapy wasn't helping due to the severity of my injury I had shoulder surgery with Dr. Boothby, 10 out of 10, I saw Lance and Dr. Boothby then got sent back upstairs to OT for therapy. Let me tell you those ladies upstairs put up with me and my sore shoulder wanting to progress and get healed faster and faster every day. They were patient, understanding and put up with me most of all. I'd like to thank all of them and I hope I don't miss anyone. Christine, Heather, Kally, Brooklyn, and Genesis. Last but not least, Tiffany (Regina) Montgomery. She had to put up with me the most and I am very thankful. These people listen to you and make you listen to your body and abilities. They are top notch and make PT/OT a better experience than I've had on a previous shoulder injury. If you need PT/OT they are the best. They all deserve up front parking for the summer... Doctor Martin was attentive and knowledgeable. He replaced my hip a year ago. From my pre-surgery consults, through surgery, PT, and 12- month follow-up appointment, Dr. Martin and his team were great. Dr. Martin is an excellent listener. Importantly, he is a skilled orthopedic surgeon. My new hip is terrific. In addition, the PT at this group’s Fort Worth facility was customized and effective. I’m grateful for Dr. Martin and his staff.

I went in to oc therapy after Dr Beavers operated on my shoulder. The therapist in occupational therapy were wonderful. It was a great experience. The therapist Tiffany, Heather, Kally and Brooklynn were Awsome. They make it a very Pleasant atmosphere. It makes you want to go to your therapy session. The pta’s were great also. This clinic for physical therapy is large and bright. It has more machines and with other helps (balls, therabands, straps etc) than any other clinics I have seen. The therapists use what is available and improvise when necessary. I have had several physical therapy visits at different locations and recommend this one above all.
