We brought our Honda CRV in for a diagnosis after our check engine light was on. The team was able to figure out the actual problem after we were given a wrong diagnosis by honda service centre. The team helped us call Honda and explained to them that it was their issue and was supposed to be covered by warranty. Highly recommended especially for people who don't know too much about cars. The team is really helpful and trustworthy! Thank you for your help :)

The folks at Orv's are professional and do service for a competitive price. However, my story with them did not end as nicely as I thought it did.
I booked an appointment through email, got sick over a weekend, and came in a day late. The gentlemen were accommodating and were even able to meet a deadline of end of week for me, which was excellent. I got my safety certification at a fair price and the repair work they did to get that certification was a reasonable price too. I thought all was well...
Until I was returning from a trip to Ohio last week. I was there for a friend's birthday party, and the trip was roughly 600km each way. I noticed a knocking sound from my front right wheel well, but it wasn't until I crossed the border back home that I noticed it was becoming a worsening issue. I was able to get home, but not without two hours if very careful listening to make sure I could pull over at the slightest worsening so I didn't go off the road.
I visited my parents for Mother's Day (I walked), and my father came over to inspect it before we went for lunch. Jacked it up, and turns out not just the front-right wheel, but ALL wheels, were significantly loose. Some of the nuts could be turned by hand.
I'm lucky I did not get in a serious accident. Orv's was the last one to swap and maintain the tires, and this accident could have totaled my car and put the lives of myself and my passengers at risk.
While I wish the team at Orv's all the best, I hope that I will not have to come back in the future. This isn't 1 star because mistakes happen... I'm just not sure I could trust them again.
Update: Orv's called me today and apologized for the matter, as well as gave me a partial refund. As mentioned before, super nice and honest guys, and I can respect that.

Justin and the rest of the team at orv’s painted and installed an upgraded OEM bumper on my car last summer. We ran into some issues with Subaru’s paint code system and the colour ended up too dark. Justin was determined to make it right for me and the bumper was sprayed twice with him and a third time after I saw it. He was even willing to refund me if I wasn’t satisfied with the work. Fortunately, the mix they made for the third iteration matched very well.
Almost a year later, it still looks great. Finish turned out well, and turnaround time was short. Communication was also very transparent on their part. Price was very reasonable, I called 6-7 body shops before settling on Orv’s because of their reputation here on google and online.

My minivan was going to be written off based on an exorbitant and unreasonable quote from a large "reputable" collision shop in London. I was directed to this well-known shop by my insurance company. All I had was front bumper, hood latch and grill damage.
I then took my minivan to Justin Burridge (Owner/Manager) at Orv's Collision. Justin gave me a very realistic and reasonable quote. Five days later, my minivan was completely repaired and looking like new. No issues at all. I am very grateful to Justin that I did not have to write-off a perfectly good vehicle that I had maintained and taken good care of for years.
If I had allowed the other large collision repair shop to proceed with my insurance company, my perfectly good minivan would have been written off and I would have had to buy another vehicle ($30,000 -$40,000 for a good used one). I highly recommend you take your damaged vehicle to Orv's Collision for a quote first. Then take the vehicle to the other big body shop recommended by your insurance company. Tell your insurance company that you will decide if the vehicle is a write off. Otherwise, they will tell you that your vehicle is a write off based on a lofty quote from their recommended body shop. There is always a repair option, although my insurance company did not tell me this initially.
