I was nervous to have my border collie Marshmallow professionally groomed for the first time but Lydia made it all the worth while of me travelling quite far as well!! She shared updates and videos as well to let me know how it was going which was helpful so I wouldn’t worry and I can’t thank her enough for that. Even picking my dog up she took the time to run through everything that happened and how to help work on her fear of the shower. Thank you Lydia!! It was truly the BEST custom grooming experience. Mish has gotten so many compliments already after her groom and I’ll definitely be rebooking an appointment with Lydia.

Organix Dog Spa is amazing and would definitely recommend having your pets groomed here. Lydia was incredible with my German Shepherd, especially being a big dog. So much knowledge, care and love goes into the work she prides herself on. Super friendly business definitely will be coming back to have my dog groomed with Lydia 😊😊

First time at Organix last week for our very sensitive and very anxious pup and couldn’t be happier! Having moved to the area only very recently, I was super worried about finding a new groomer. My dog has super sensitive skin and allergies generally flare up every time he gets a groom - so happy to say that he was totally fine after visiting Organix! He smelt amazing and was super soft after a mud bath - also came back very happy and not as stressed as he usually is after a groom. Will definitely be a regular here - thank you!

We took our 8 month old puppy Riley to Lydia as we had seen amazing reviews and wanted to make sure it would be an enjoyable experience for Riley. We got exactly that plus more! Lydia goes above and beyond to settle them in to each process of their spa experience and has a great puppy plan. We can’t wait to visit again very soon.

Lydia was very friendly with our puppy Dobby. It was his first grooming session and everything went so smoothly. The place was clean. Dobby was relaxed and had a good time.

This place is amazing! Like what you would expect from a great spa service, Lydia learns about her furclients and caters to their needs and preferences so I think they really appreciate what she does with them. She also gives the furparents helpful hints and tips. I love the snapshots and quick clips of how the girls are going with their treatment, too! Plus, the products she uses are natural and organic which are what you would want on your own skin. If you want the best for your dog, this is the place to go. ♥️

Our dog hated baths and water and we had tried many different dog groomers and different ways to wash her. We found Organix dog spa and our dog loves it. She loves going to see Lydia and loves her baths there. Her itchy skin has also cleared up.

My pup has been going to Lydia over a year now, he comes out nice, clean and happy every time. Never had any issues, good price, friendly service. I love how you can easily make bookings through Facebook. 12/10 would go back 😃
