I’m not usually one to write reviews but I’ve had dealings with these guys again recently and I feel that this is warranted. Opus fitted our CNC machine a few years back and they also provided training on our new machine. No issues at all with the install. Fast forward a few years, we had an issue with this machine yesterday. This is when our lack of knowledge with this kit really shows. I contacted their help desk and one of their engineers talked me through everything to get the machine sorted and back in action. Products are generally good at the point of purchase, but I do believe good customer service is the mark of a decent company, especially after a few years have passed. Thank you, guys. Your support was much appreciated.

I couldn’t recommend these guys enough!! Very helpful they know they’re stuff every question was answered straight away when we was at the enquiry stage by david! Cnc Machine purchased and within 4 days the machines had been delivered and installed after we express how desperately we needed the machine David and the company owners did not hesitate to accommodate us. Their engineer/trainer was fantastic and very patient with us as we are new to the system supplied with the machines. There was nothing he didn’t know or couldn’t answer. If you need a Cnc machine give these guys your money you won’t get a better service

Couldn't recommend Opus CNC enough. We have their Culus Fibre laser and it has quickly became the workhorse of our factory! We were stuck in the mud when the laser suddenly stopped working, but Barrie from Opus helped us diagnose the problem and fix it over the phone. We didn't even have to call an engineer out! Once again, could't recommend these guys enough. They are a credit to the machining industry.
