Excellent service from Barrie with a controller problem on an old machine that was not even supplied by opus! I had contacted many other suppliers and companies regarding the issue and nobody was able to offer the straightforward solution of contacting the controller manufacturer and obtaining a system update! Could not be happier with the outcome!

Opus CNC have been perfect from the very start. Delivery and set up was complicated, due to our complex workshop shape, but Daniel managed it well. He showed us the basics and set us up in a few days. We already had trained staff, so we didn't need the full training time, but it was offered. Faultless delivery and installation.
We are now over a year into owning our Olympus 1530 CNC and cannot fault it in the slightest. It works on demand, no problems and any technical questions we've had, Opus are just a call away. Daniel has been very helpful, as have Amanda and Barrie. We would definitely buy an Olympus again, no hesitation.

Their machines comes with everything required to get you started which is perfect for a business start-up.

We bought a Pegasus CNC in July and it was the best decision we ever made. We don’t have to outsource anymore as this machine works 7 days a week without any issues. I've only needed support with the tooling and you can tell they know their stuff!
I would highly recommend Opus to anyone looking for a CNC!

In all my years of dealing with various companies I have never experienced the level of courtesy, professionalism and extent of product knowledge as I have when dealing with the Opus guys. World class service would be an understatement. If you’re considering using Opus I urge you not to even hesitate. These guys are great.

I am very proud of everything that OPUS CNC have done for Impact Shopfitting over the years. From our very first CNC router to our third Fibre laser, yes I did say third laser, the team have been fantastic. The fact that we have bought three lasers from them over a two and a half year period, speaks for itself. Opus provide great value machinery and excellent customer service, which makes the whole process really easy. At Impact Shopfitting we require reliability in the machinery we use for our manufacturing process and Opus provides that and if anything goes wrong they are always on hand to get you back up and running as quickly as possible. If we change any of our machines in the future, our first call will be to OPUS CNC. Thanks again guys, I appreciate it.

We purchased our first Pegasus CNC machine from these guys around 8 months ago. It was a big investment for us and they couldn’t have been more helpful and supportive, answering every question and being on hand when ever we needed them - and they still are! The CNC has transformed our business, so much so that having moved into our new premises a year ago we’re on the move again because we’ve out grown it already! Couldn’t recommend these guys more, thank you Barry and Amanda!
