Optimal Movement Kasson and Dr. Josh are amazing. I have never been to a chiropractor before and Dr. Josh was very helpful and thorough with his evaluation and exam. I felt like a new person after one visit and would recommend Optimal Movement Kasson and Dr. Josh for all who are looking for a chiropractor and you will feel better even after one visit and I’m confident you will feel better after another visit! They are located in the new 507 FAST gym in southeast Kasson by Kwik Trip.

Dr. Kyler takes care of my entire family. He is flexible and great with all of our families needs. I have two athletes and he helps them with recovery of injury or muscle soreness. Definitely a family based practice!
