Arranged a call for a quote for a spare key for my Jaguar. This was arranged for this morning. prior to this I asked for a ball park figure as apparently something needed to be plugged in to see if more software was needed. For some reason I couldn't get a "with" extra software or "without" extra software price and was told i'd get a price after this was looked at.
I wasted a whole half day waiting in and no one called, not even a phone call or a text explaining why. Wasted my time and therefore completely unprofessional imho

Sorry, has I tell everyone and did text you, due to the job, some jobs do take longer than they should, this is why I am not able to to give a fixed time but do call a head. 30-40 mins before. Ref the software, the KVM that hold the key data are some time locked. And would need to remove the unit and add the key on the bench, which I did say that I wouldn’t know which system the dealer had put on the kvm until I

Was given Johns number by another garage that was unable to help. John arranged for me to call down and take a look at my motorhome keys.
Main dealer was a small fortune and I was informed that the work under taken by John would not be possible! HOWEVER! I got lucky and John worked his magic, leaving me with 2 spare keys, 1 working on the original remote fob and another solid key cut just for emergencies.
Highly recommended, knowledgable and extremely fairly priced. Thank you John, made my day buddy!

Happy to help, and glad to sort the keys out that we was able to repair your remote key, saving a lot of money that the dealer would tell you it would of had to be a new key, at new key prices
I requested a quote yesterday to fix both my main and spare keys for my car. I needed to have both the cases replaced and the circuit fixed. I got a call back within minutes from John and I sent over some photos on WhatsApp.
I didn’t receive a price quote as we weren’t exactly sure what the issue was and how it would needed to be to fixed which was understandable.
Today I received a call asking if I would be around to have them fixed. He came and sorted them out for me. John was very friendly and worked quickly.
I walked away less than an hour later with 2 working keys and it was a lot cheaper than I expected. Very reasonable price for what was done!
It wasn’t an emergency call yet they still fixed my issue within 24 hours.
I couldn’t recommend this service enough and if I have any issues in the future I will definitely be using this again!

Just glad you was able to get back on the road and you saved a lot of money instead of visiting the main dealer
I was having issues with my mini's steering lock and John came recommended from my garage. This man is a complete pro, he gave me a fair quote to fit an emulator but on the day he knew something else to check for first and ended up fixing the vehicle for even less.
Lovely guy, very skilled, would happily recommend him!

Glad it is all sorted and you didn’t have to go to dealer, has we was able to repair the remote, where dealers will only do replacement at replacement cost
