I have to say Jenny is fantastic. I just got my first APAP machine and she was so empathetic, friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. She even took me in early for my appointment. She explained about apnea, the machine (which she had already customized for me), answered all of my questions and spent plenty of time going over the various masks including the pros and cons. She also is there to provide answers for the next five years and promptly responded to a follow up email I sent. Another solid point while she showed me various options that can make the adaption to APAP easier she applied no sales pressure at all. If you need help or CPAP equipment this is the place to go.
Highly knowledgeable, experienced and so friendly, Leanna made all the difference for my father when I brought him into the store to get a new CPAP mask and accessories. I know approximately zero about these things and find the choices daunting. Leanna was so kind and patient, guiding us through the choices and showing us how to use them. My father was in such good hands!

I called ahead and spoke with Melanie, who was wonderful. I explained that was looking for a new walker for my mom. Melanie got me in touch with Amy an occupational therapist to arrange a time to meet there to pick out the best fit for my mom, as well be being partially covered. We met both Melanie and Amy on Monday and both were a pleasure to deal with. We were able to pick out a new Walker, as well with a cup holder attachment a must. We will definitely be coming back for a shower seat, I just need to make sure the measurements. I would definitely recommend coming here. Great service and very professional. Great products and prices are not bad as well. Can't say enough about the staff and Amy.
I was recently fitted for some compression stocking i required for surgery. Leanna expertly measured me up for the compression stocking, and she made excellent recommendations on what I required in a compression stocking as I had never had them before. The compression stockings fit fantastic and are very comfortable on my road to recovery from surgery.

Too expensive!!!! Shop around!! Don't get ripped off. Folks there seem nice enough, but even they know the prices are too high!!

Since new management took over, customer service at the Orangeville store has become abysmal, directly impacting my CPAP care. For three weeks, my critical CPAP data has been held up. I submitted my SD card three weeks ago, and despite leaving at least six messages, for the sleep therapy consultant, I've received no reply or confirmation that my information has been processed and forwarded to my doctor. This prolonged unresponsiveness has compelled me to postpone my doctor's visit multiple times.
