Jenny made my Friday the 13th just excellent! Had left my sleep machine hose at the cottage, she kindly fitted me with a hose and adapter…bam pow I was outta there. It’s why I would only shop here-great friendly service-it feels like they really care-Jenny sure does! Glenn

Just returned home with my new CPap machine that I purchased from Ontario Home Health in Guelph. Jenny Emerson the Sleep Therapy Consultant was awesome! She was ahead of schedule and took me in right away, she was prepared with my file and new machine. Jenny first went over my old machine to compare the settings to the new one and made the appropriate changes as required by the script. She then went over the new machine with me explaining the differences from the old one. Jenny is very thorough and competent in the job she does. She gave me some tips on house keeping of the machine and explained the new app for the machine access from my tablet. Jenny is a very customer oriented employee. She has helped me out in the past when I was having problems with my machine and offered a loaner machine, till I got sorted out. Jenny is one of the reasons I return to the Ontario Home Health store in Guelph. Jenny is absolutely a five star employee in my opinion! Well Done Jenny I appreciate your time and efforts!

AMY was most professional person I have met AMY Listened and advised me, I was comfortable bringing Larry into choose his walker. We arrived and AMY showed him some walkers, listened to him express what he was feeling and likes and dislikes What she didn't see was his expression of pleasure the next morning as he walked around with his walker and the look of happiness on his face Thank You AMY. You will always be remembered 💖

I have been very happy with this locations customer service and the short-term rental we secured. The gentleman who I have been working with at the Orangeville location is very friendly, hard working and always followed up with any questions I had. I highly recommend this location and their rentals!

What a great experience going and know very little of what I needed for my C-Pap machine and getting an experienced and knowledgeable consult with Jenny Emerson. I was great getting all the info I needed and the reassurance of being able to reach out if I have any questions. Jenny was a pleasure to deal with! Thank you!!!

All the staff are very helpful and always greet you with as smile. Jenny goes above and beyond to assist you with anything you need to know about your CPAP machine or additional equipment required to aid you for sleep. I highly recommend dealing with this company for all your medical equipment needs.

Thank you to Tina and Jonathon with all your help getting a stair lift for my parents. The whole process from in house assesment to installation in less that 4 days !!! My parents love the lift and has provided comfort to the family knowing they can access the basement safely! Thank you for your knowledge , compassion and service. Technician Mitchell was excellent. Identified the problem quickly and had the parts with him to complete the repair and did all that in 1/2 hour. Excellent service.

Been recently working with Bill M. to help arrange a proper wheel chair for a relative in LTC,( who knew there was so much to consider?) Bill was amazing with his knowledge, compassion and professionalism during which is a typically trying time when managing the affairs of a beloved family member.
