My wife needed a blood pressure machine. The one they gave her was defective. In the last 6 months we have tried several times to exchange it for a working machine, but have been faced with negativity, blatant rudeness, and a handful of cheap excuses. It should NOT take 6 months for a simple medical device. We are taking our business elsewhere, as soon as they return our payment, which again, hasn't been easy. Treat customers better, and provide quality medical products, since people rely on those to stay alive. That's all I ask.

I've been using a CPAP machine for close to 6 years now, and this Ontario Home Health has consistently been the best supplier for CPAP supplies. The staff are kind, courteous, and patient with customers. Jennifer is a great therapist to work with, and goes the extra distance to make sure things work out for me. They also have never tried to up-sell me on supplies or equipment that they didn't think I needed, something I have unfortunately experienced at some other medical supply stores.

Recently took a friend with mobility issues to purchase a scooter … from the moment we arrived I was completely impressed with the genuine quality of service from all of the staff and the products as well. We were back again this week with more needs & were met with the same excellent service. Collingwood is super lucky to have this business available.

I have used a CPAP for years and recently switched to a BIPAP machine for to my sleep apnea. I had an unexpected stay over in the Guelph for a couple of days due to our ailing dog. The first night was terrible with no apnea machine to help me sleep. I hardly slept at all. The following day in the afternoon I realized that I would be staying another night. I panicked because I did not want another night without a CPAP or BIPAP machine. I googled for CPAP supplier near by and found Ontario Home Health. I called them and explained my situation to Jennifer (their CPAP Clinical Specialist) Jennifer told me that they can give me a rental but they first need my prescription from my doctor. Time was running out because it was close to closing time for them. While driving to their Delhi Street location, I called my doctors office and had them FAX the prescription to them. I got their a few minutes before closing, but Jennifer and the entire staff at Ontario Home Health was able to get me set up with a BIPAP machine, mask, tubing and distilled water just before they closed. It was a total team effort where my doctors office and the folks at Ontario Home Health had to act fast. They were very efficient and professional. I am very grateful.
