People, please save your time, nervs and energy. This is worst airsoft sellers i've ever seen. Very ignorant people who wont care about customers at all.. I did order some parts- my parcel been delivered to a wrong adress. I did provide all the proof to the seller of parcel being left in wrong location. Seller never care about it. I have no parcel and lost my money. They even refused to start investigation and kept ignoring me. Dont have any business with them people, trust me.

Two tone service is the worse I have ever seen.
I ended up having 3 pistols from them all three paint jobs full of marks, bubbles, fingerprints, scratches scuffs - the worst two tone service I have seen.
( first dead on arrival, second broke after 4 shots. third working, and it took over 3weeks to get a replacement gun, after numerous phone calls / emails / videos (to prove the gun was fatly) there customer support is useless, they do not answer emails with in a reasonable time then after 2-3 days you have to phone for a answer.
They lie and mislead you and are rude.
They run a very shifty business , Onlybbguns, Bespoke airsoft and Iwholesales are all the same business.
DO NOT USE THESE SHOPS! You have been warned!

Order cancelled before posted out on 12th Dec 2024. Refund promised and I’m still waiting. Numerous phone calls and their contact page on website doesn’t work. 15th Jan 2025 and still no refund. In my experience I wouldn’t recommend this company to ANYONE.

Had a great experience, I don't understand all the negative reviews. I ordered the vigor v19 and 2000 bb's and they arrived within a week and I was updated with each step in the delivery, I has a great experience with customer service as I emailed them asking about when it should be arriving and they replied within a few hours before the shop even opened. Only bad thing is £5.99 shipping is very steep for uk orders.
