Big thank you to Kayleigh and Robin, they were super helpful and kept me check in from time to time on the progress.
Due to the chaotic nature of logistic and warehouse, there were few things missing from the first delivery, but communication and follow-up were quick.
The product was robust and you know it's going to last for a long time. The only downside I will say is you do need some or basic DIY experience to put everything together in the right order as the instruction is not perfect.
I've retro-fitted IKEA's LED sensor wardrobe light inside too.

Found the company online and thought it was a good idea to cut out the middle man and save money.
Unfortunately it went down hill from there..
Firstly they ring a day before delivery to say it would be delayed to the following week.
When it did finally arrive 3 out of the 4 doors were damaged, the angle door had pre drilled holes when it shouldn't have, the end scribe panel was missing and the instructions didn't tally up with my unit.
They re sent the parts a week later, again pre drilled holes! The additional parts they sent to make mine work didn't even have the correct width so I had to improvise to make it work!
Not one apology throughout, absolute shambles of a company and would advise people to go elsewhere!

I did read a few reviews before we ordered but it was still a bit worrying ordering online but we are so glad we did. Firstly I would like to thank all involved with my order from the designer down to the delivery man, it all went so smoothly and professionally its the reason I'm leaving a review as I normally don't.
Now for the actual product, the quality is as such you would probably expect to pay double to what we did, from the door hinges, drawer runners and the units itself you can see that they are made to last.
As being a qualified carpenter and joiner I would say they are very easy to build as long as you follow the instructions for the first unit you build and then its so quick and easy.
I've been so impressed with the whole package I've already passed their contact details to a couple of my colleagues.
So thank you for the whole experience

We are over the moon with our daughters new bedroom, Online bedrooms saved us £3000!
Yes we had to install ourselves & yes that was a little daunting, especially when all the boxes arrived ?
Within 2 days the majority of a large build was complete & a 3rd day to finish off details (1 person with occasional assistance from another). The units construct really well & instructions are simple to follow.
If you have a reasonable level of practical skill then I’d highly recommend this route to a fantastic bedroom at a significantly better price.
We added our own handles, glass surface protection & lighting for a bit of extra luxury.

We chose Online Bedrooms as the salesperson (Michelle) gave us extremely good service... from the moment we enquired about fitted wardrobes to the moment they were delivered she was fantastic.
This company was so easy to deal with when spending a lot of money, we spent £1900 on our wardrobes for our bedroom, having had quotes of £4000+ from other companies... youd think the quality of the cheaper product would be poor but wow, its really not.
Thick wood, very solid and lovely soft closing doors and drawers, everything feels like a premium product. Very easy to install between two of us with minimal tools (screwdriver, spirit level and a saw)... i would recommend saving a fortune and going to with online bedrooms as youll get great service and a really good furniture product!

Can’t recommend Ben enough, our whole experience with Online Bedrooms has been faultless. We explained what we wanted and a design was sent to us the day after. We made some changes and nothing was too much trouble. You can tell the staff are passionate about what they do. The quality is excellent and a much more affordable price unlike other wardrobe manufacturers. Quick delivery and easy to follow instructions. We are already looking into other items to buy as the service, contact and overall experience was amazing from start to finish. Thank you so much!

Fantastic fitted wardrobe - delivered on time as promised! Took me and a handyman 3 hours to build in total but was simple enough.
Saved me £4000 compared to Hammonds and £4700 compared to Sharps so we are delighted as this money can go towards our kitchen project.
Highly recommended!

We had our bespoke wardrobe delivered last week... we unpacked and built it in under 2 hours... really simple to build, the quality is amazing. We expected some compromise given that it was a completely made to measure, freestanding wardrobe for under £500 but its so sturdy, beautiful material, quality handles and the soft close drawers are so nice.
We're really, really happy with it... it took just over 2 weeks to arrive, earlier than expected but we were told via a phone call so good communication. Dealing with the salesperson was a pleasure... friendly and not pushy in the slightest.
We'll be back for more furniture next year... highly recommend Online Bedrooms to anybody.

Awesome service, sent my design ideas and got a quote faster than anybody else, with a friendly follow up call asking me some questions and making suggestions. So impressed with the quality of our new wardrobes. We had two - one for our main bedroom and a smaller one for our nursery. So easy dealing with the designer via phone & email - delivered on time and with simple instructions - me and my brother built the lot in less than a day.

Just had our fitted wardrobe built between me and my brother. Really happy with it, looks fantastic and was easy to build. The quality is really good, very solid and the drawers are nice soft closing ones which is what we wanted. Highly recommended to anybody who wants a fitted wardrobe but doesn’t want to pay the stupid prices of Sharps who wanted more than double the money.

We were shopping around for a fitted wardrobe for ages. Got the quotes from the usual suspects... Sharps, Hammonds and a local firm. Everybody wanted over £5k for the job, Sharps even brought the price down twice (from £8.5k to £7k then £5.5k!!!) but it was more than we wanted to spend. Found Online Bedrooms from a Facebook ad, uploaded the designs we already had and got a quote in a couple of days. They said 1 day and it was 2 but we did have some changes back and forth. The quote was great, half the price of Sharps, so we went ahead and ordered. Found a fitter for £200 cash who spent a whole day putting it together - I helped him with the larger peices. Job is now done and its stunning - the quality im so surprised by... soft close drawers, lovely wooden doors and handles - its a premium bit of kit. So happy and will recommend to anybody!

Fantastic quality. Delivered me a beautiful fitted wardrobe at more than half the price I was quoted by Sharps and £3k less than the quote from my local fitted wardrobe company.
Got it delivered earlier than I expected, and it cost me £150 for a handyman to build it. Looks stunning, really impressed with it and will be doing our nursery and second bedroom later this year and will be using Online Bedrooms again.
