Been going to Dr. Tsimerman for 25 years at this same location which is very convenient to where I live. I always feel welcomed and that my patronage is appreciated. Dr. Tsimerman delivers top quality dentistry and is clearly a professional at the top of his craft. His dental hygienists that do the cleanings are all top notch as well. Rimma at the front desk is also awesome, always a smile and she's great at reminding me to get in for my check ups. Highly recommend!

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Tsimerman for many years and he is the best dentist we’ve had all these years. He is so patient, kind, caring, and always makes us feel so comfortable. The place is well organized and all the staff (from the receptionist to the hygienists) are absolutely fantastic and very welcoming. The service provided is amazing. I have terrible experiences going to the dentist & every single staff member in the office knows that. They treat me with empathy, patience and upmost care. They take their time. Let me cry it out. Never make me feel bad for it either. They let me pick whatever to watch on Netflix. The receptionist is also my favourite of all. She sees me in the community and knows my name. You’re not just a patient here. They genuinely care about you. The receptionist is the wife of the dentist. She knows I avoid going to the dentist and when my benefits run out. She will call multiple times and email because she knows I’m anxious and avoid going. In the most caring way. So if you have bad dentist anxiety I highly recommend coming here for 0 judgement.

Dr Tsimerman is absolutely the most caring Dentist. I would give 10 stars ⭐️ if I could. He is so gentle and takes his time to answer all of my questions. I worked in the industry for about a decade and I can say that this office is the best. Rimma is the sweetest receptionist and also very caring. All of the hygienists are also very gentle as well. I always leave feeling so cared for and with a fresh sparkly smile.

The outside is very unassuming and partly why it took me over 2 years to consider going in. I was also hesitant to use a 'new dentist'. Turns out they've been operating at this location for nearly 25 years! The staff there are warm and welcoming. Rimma always has a wonderful smile waiting when you step in. The hygienists are attentive and the conversation is just right. It's helpful that they have Netflix in each room too. And of course Dr. Tsimmerman himself is knowledgeable, attentive and his advice to date has always been spot on. He doesn't push unnecessary services and worked with my schedule when my insurance coverage ran out at the end of the year. I highly recommend them!

Had my 2nd cleaning appointment today with Lucy who is absolutely fantastic and made my teeth look and feel super clean and polished. Front desk also was very organized and helped remind me of any rescheduling or upcoming appointments promptly The dental assessment with Dr Tsimerman was also good and he was very upfront and fair with me about what I needed. I would highly recommend them
