A FALSE AN MISLEADING APP FOR THE COMMERCIAL TRUCKING AND DELIVERY INDUSTRIES
FREIGHT AND DISTRIBUTION COMPANIES BEWARE !!! I am a veteran CDL driver of 24 years, nationwide, regional and local. This app is not commercial truck friendly, because it uses regular Google Maps; which does not have a commercial vehicle setting. Therefore, drivers experience problems with restricted vehicle routes and lost time; trying to renegotiate their routes. This app was supposed to be "delivery and commercial truck friendly" but; is far from that. This app is terrible at generating timely and accurate routes for the freight and delivery industries. ALL FREIGHT AND DELIVERY COMPANIES SHOULD AVOID THIS APP !!! It is not commercial freight friendly and; is destructive for management and drivers. As a commercial driver, I wish that my employer, would have never signed up with this app. The app generates backtracking routes, that can cause timely and costly problems; for new and less experienced drivers. Only experienced drivers, can recognize these problems. AVOID THIS APP CONCERNING COST AND PRODUCTIVITY !!!

Awful company
This company is the worst. Delivered a product from a different company than I ordered. I called them and they told me they would send another driver to get the jigsaw I ordered as the first had not picked it up (not true it turns out). I waited until the next day and called again, this time the driver cancelled the order, all from customer service people I cannot understand as they do not speak English well. Ended up getting a refund from Lowes but will never do delivery from them again.

Poor Delivery Service
I ordered some lumber from our local Lowes and it was supposed to be same day delivery. The order was done and prepared within a couple hours. I kept checking wanting to know what the eta would be for delivery. I finally called Lowes at 6:30 pm to find out. I was told they used 1 Rail as a 3rd party delivery service and I would have to contact their customer service to find out the status. I was told they didn't have a driver with a vehicle that could handle 10 sheets of drywall. If you have a contract with a lumber company why wouldn't you have the equipment capable of handling lumber? Makes no sense to me. So I still haven't received my delivery and there is still no status as to when it will be delivered. Lowes was very understanding and did gift me a gift card which was very considerate of them. But this wasn't their fault. I will never have anything delivered again if they use this delivery company.

Horrible, made excuses and lied
I called due to a package never being delivered. I was told by the agent on the phone that overall would handle the whole process. As I continued to speak the agent he advised his team was working on the issue and the they were in the process of contacting the driver. As the conversation continued he kept reassuring "his team" was working on the issue and that one rail would replace and redeliver the product. I explained that I needed the product replaced as I have camera footage of my front door and the delivery never made to my address I further explained that the picture the driver provided of the delivery was taken from the street in the drivers vehicle and showed no package.. he again reassured me that onerail would take care of everything but kept giving vague answers to my questions. I asked to speak to a supervisor who was also not helpful. At that point the agent names Derick then changed his story stating that I call the physical store and that onerail could not make a claim without the store starting the process. I asked him to explain what had changed in the five minutes we spoke and immediately stated that this was the process. I asked about the replacement he promised and he changed his story stating that I would have to contact the store Derick attempted to get me off line sevrlerala times, but I insisted on speaking to a supervisor. As I waited for the supervisor derick continued to misinform me stating he was making contact with the driver. After several times of being put on hold a supervisor named Nuno answered and had no explination as to why I was lied to by Derick. Nuno did not seem interested in my concern. I asked to make a formal complaint and he advised he would listen to recording of the call. I asked for a follow up on his complaint and he advised there would not be one.
Between my package not getting delivered and the complete misinformation I was given it seems that onerail is a fly by night company. I also discovered you only have 5 days to make a claim. Which means they were playing me along hoping the 5 days would expire and they would not be liable for the undelivered item. So at this point no claim was open, I never received my package, and now have to wait till the following business day to make a claim with the store. These are unfair business practices and onerail appears to be a shady company that uses uber drivers. the package was worth a couple hundred dollars and now I have to fight to get a replacement or a refund.

Fucked up "company "
I have NEVER dealt with a more fucked up company in my life and I didn't even hire them. The company that we bought our furniture hired this "company "- it's a fucked up place with a pack of retards working for them. They came to deliver our refrigerator and we had to take our front door off to get the fridge in, which is not their responsibility to do it. We took the door off and then they refused to remove the doors of the fridge to put the new fridge in. They -a black guy named "D" then said he would bribe us to paying them extra cash and they would remove the fridge doors, which we payed the store the money to cover delivery and installation. It was late at night as they were super late. The part that pissed me the fuck off is that their Crack head losers they employ broke a very beautiful state of an angel that was out front. I call and talk to the dune coon "Fadar" who then said he wasn't responsible.. um, yeah you are. I want to file a claim for property damage and he gave me the crappy run around of a dumbass who refuses to be accountable. I plan on taking them to court and suing them for much more money than I paid. It was bought at a fair from the people who sell their arts and crafts.. I can't just replace it.. the fact is that they were to deliver the fridge on Monday.. we emptied our fridge then his dumbass minions decided that they wouldn't "do their job" and left. We then called the "dispatch " which was a joke as well.. I am taking names of all the idiots I have to deal with. They then said they would come over today- Tuesday- then I call this "Fadar" and he tells me that they can't come today as they had car issues. Again, not my problem. Fadar obviously can't see the difference between his asshole and his head.. they are the same.. shit comes out of both ends. He has proven that their "company " doesn't know what the fuck they are doing. If u want to see a shit show, hire these jokers...I promise that they will break your shit and refuse to be accountable. So now we are STILL without a fridge... and even though it's cold outside, it can't prevent food from spoiling and they should be paying for that. The end result is that they left our new fridge in the entry of our front door. They yanked out our stove and the old fridge and just left it there. The sickest part is that they can go to bed and not feel any form of responsibility for the shit show they caused and created.. if you have had problems with this company, feel free to reach out to me. I have every intention of a class act law suit. Maybe if they are held accountable by the legal system, maybe they would figure their shit out. I literally have never been so disappointed by anyone EVER but it's great to know that they employ retards- and i hate that word- but they legit have earned it. Run far far away!!

Worst delivery ever
Do NOT use this company! This is the worst delivery placement I've seen in my life. They have BALANCED a 100lb porcelain toilet halfway up my steps, the bottom is not fully supported and the steps are completely blocked off. Being disabled I can't move this myself and the plumber isn't going to be here for another week, so on the meantime I'm blocked into my house. One Rail says they're not responsible because they're was no delivery notes so it was delivered correctly, as if this is in any way shape or form a safe of acceptable place to put a giant heavy box. It shouldn't require a note for someone delivering a package to know to put it on the actual porch and not balanced in the middle of the stairs. I am beyond livid.
If you're a company looking for a delivery service for your products choose someone else, because this is what customers are going to have to deal with and it's going to get costly to fix and reflect poorly on your own business.

This should be a negative 5 stars. An absolute fail. I ordered through Lowes for same day delivery. It has now been two days and I still don’t have my order. The company is not answering the phone for Lowes operators. It’s the day before my project is to start and I don’t have the order. The status is “delayed”. I paid for same day but can’t get a refund from Lowe’s until the product is delivered. This company is costing me money at this point. Lowe’s doesn’t care and is terrible with in/store or home delivery. Lowe’s just needs to scrap its whole delivery system and start over again. Lowe’s doesn’t even attempt to do customer satisfaction. You can’t get help rather in its stores or online. You’re at Lowe’s mercy when you order from them. Prepare to waste at least 3 hours of your day until for a week just to get a cancelled order at the end. You’re worse off because Lowe’s and One rail have wasted your time and your money. Horrible!!!!Absolutely Horrible.
If I could give this company 0 stars I would! Horrible service horrible communication. I Ordered a big order from lowes at noon with alotnof big peices...tracking didn't update...spent several hours on hold to only get a voice-mail that would cut me off mid message. Fast forward 8 hrs to still waiting on the delivery, the driver shows up in a compact pickup truck (4ish foot bed tacoma) with 8 foot long peg boards and lumber folded in half and was missing the biggest most expensive part of the order. He tried to claim it was all there and it was not. I then Had to go to lowes, reverse the oder and had to go in to re pick everything out and then load up a 300 pound machine myself W and ultimately awsted a full day and lots of labor time and money. Will never use a service that uses this company again
Would rate a "0"! Lowe's contracted with OneRail to deliver my order. I was told it was delivered, however, it was not delivered to the address on the order. Lowe's is refunding my order, but that doesn't help my project. I don't know why Lowe's contracts with such a lowly organization for deliveries.
Canceled at the last minute. I told them I could pick it up today if they could not guarantee the delivery the same day. I explained I had workers scheduled for first thing in the morning. They waited until 6:30 at night to say they could not deliver. Check all the reviews, all are similar to this one. Lowes is crazy to use them. It's a reflection of their company. One rail is making Lowes look bad.
If you're looking to work or do any type of business with these people be advised they will not be honest with you. I did work with this company for a few months and they never pays me. I sent several emails to Corey Cantor who is the bussiness development manager,Mike Macy and also accounting department with no response about payment. Be advised these this and scam company don't do businesswith them.I hope Google allows me to given them zero star.
