My prescription was transferred to Onco360 after the originally contracted specialty pharmacy was unable to acquire my prescription in the quantity prescribed. The process was completed and medications received within three days of involvement. I wish everything related to my treatment went as seamlessly as this.
The little Side Effect Management kit included is a thoughtful addition. Looking forward to (hopefully) many more transactions with this company!
Been getting Brukinsa from here for well over a year with no problems! Great people to work with!

Jenny Pena employee Avoid her at all costs
I had an unfortunate experience with a Jenny Pena who works at Onco360. As another small business owner like 360 I know what it is like dealing with the public. She raised her voice at me and was very unprofessional. I sure would not visit any work establishment that she is a part of.

I am writing this review to APOLOGIZE to the staff at 360. Getting my specialty medication started for the first time has been difficult. I must admit that I became a very unpleasant person to those attempting to help me. I AM HERE TO SAY I'M SORRY AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR KINDNESS.

Update- Crystal from Onco360 called me this morning and I was able to go get my husband's medications today! Very pleased in how they responded.
So disappointed in the service here. After multiple phone calls, we were assured that my husband's prescription, which is vital to his recovery, would be delivered the following day. When it did not arrive, I contacted Onco360 and was told that the prescription had not been filled but that we would receive it in about 3 or 4 days, which is totally unacceptable. I will encourage our physicians to use a more reliable pharmacy whenever possible. Life saving medications should be delivered when promised.

So far I love the patient focused atmosphere this company exhibits on the phone. They truly care for the customers and patients they are providing medication for. While my daughter, does not have cancer, she does have a genetic disorder that does cause tumor growth, and She just turned 3. She is on a cancer drug that just recently became available for use to treat this disorder. The first pharmacy the medication went through held a lot of it up in paperwork and demanding to speak to the Dr. first to find out why a 3 yr old without cancer was being prescribed this drug. Then even with her birth date in front of them asked to speak to her for the consultation on her medication, even though we told them at the beginning of the call we were her parents as she was a minor.
We called Onco360 Pharmacy (they read as who it was sent to), and they jumped on it right away. They advised they had just received the script on Friday, but there was no information regarding my daughter attached to it. We were able to provide all of that info from her appt she just had. The nurse on the phone who was assisting us told us she herself was going to be keeping an eye on it. We got a call back on Monday going over information then they statedthe medicine should be here the next day. It showed up, along with a little care package in the box to help with some of the side effects this drug can cause (which my daughter has not had).
I would highly recommend this company to anyone fighting the same disorder my daughter has, or anyone fighting cancer. They actually care, and it shows in how they treat and interact on the phone, email, and in the medication packages they send.
