Olympic Preservation is a rare find - an honest, knowledgeable and reasonably priced damp company. Jack and his team of Dans were friendly and helpful and worked efficiently to remedy the damp in my house. I have already recommended them to several neighbours.

Very happy with the damp proof course work done by Jack and team! Great people, very friendly, arrived on time and worked their way into the damp issues professionally, would stop to explain things throughly when inquired. The job took two days and they did an amazing job in keeping the house clean through the process, which made us raise our expectation bar on future works being done in the house. Jack and his team came and fixed several damp issues in our house. They arrived on time, worked solidly, and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. The work was done to an excellent standard at a very reasonable price. Helped us with finding other trades people for other issues as well. Such lovely guys and would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Jack and Ben from Olympic Preservation. From the minute I contacted Jack about a rising damp problem, he was efficient, professional and was happy to answer questions and explain about the work that was needed. They arrived promptly and got straight on with the job, ensuring that the furniture and hallway were covered in dust sheets. Everything was left spotless and neat. I cannot fault them and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I used Olympic to apply a DPC and undertake the replastering in a basement flat. The quote was markedly cheaper than another firm I’d used before, but the quality of the work was as good if not better. Moreover, Jack and his team were really easy to deal with, came up with solutions to various logistics issues and generally gave me confidence that the job would be done really well. We went on holiday for the period when the work was to be done, and it was all finished on the promised date, which has often not been the case with building work I’ve had done before. Damp can be a pain to deal with but if I ever have similar issues at another property I will definitely use Olympic again.

Jack and his team were excellent- great communication, thorough, neat and tidy, and completed the work to a very high standard. Provided us with a thorough quote outlining the most appropriate damp proofing methods (and were also very competitive). Would definitely recommend them and would go back to them for any future damp proofing work.

Finding Jack has been a highlight of what has been a very rocky road renovating our house in East Finchley. Olympic Preservation carried out a damp proof course and render installation on the ground floor of the house. I had to fit the damp treatment in before prearranged building works and was delighted with the flexibility that Jack showed in squeezing the job in at short notice. As a bonus, I received really useful general pointers to take forward with the builders. Altogether my experience with Olympic Preservation was a breath of fresh air and I couldn’t recommend this company enough!
