Parker provided a fast friendly no Melarky qoute over the phone... The only thing better was the actual speed in which he and his partner got the move Completed... Three flights of stairs at both locations.... I couldn't be more impressed !!

Worst moving experience ever. I sent pictures for a quote, they said they would be able to move and pack all of my belongings. They charged me over time because it took them longer (which isn’t the problem) but they didn’t even finish the job. They said they would take anything we didn’t need/want anymore to the dumpster. They moved most of the things they didn’t pack to the garage and everything else was just left in place. I can’t say it anymore, don’t give these guys your business.

Needed a couch through a 2nd floor balcony. Tall order and unique. Called around. Found these guys. Cheap and professional. They had it done in minutes! Definitely recommend!!

After putting in a deposit to have a pool table moved, they decided they couldnt move it and then went to inform me that they would not refund me the deposit. There was no mention of that possibility prior to the deposit being placed. Also, the owner of the pool table mentioned that the workers appeared to be on drugs. After telling me they would not move the table, despite my contacting them about refunding my deposit, they would not communicate back with me. Beware!!!

As I was saying, if you're planning on moving, don't use musclemen movers, they don't have their own equipment, they don't care about you or your stuff they only want your money, being a former employee, I've seen them do a lot of shady things, not just to customers, but employees also. Take me for example. My boss at the time, Robert Balfour, Bob Jimmy, or rocky, whatever you want to call him asked me for an "investment" he promised me that if I lent him 40 grand, he would pay back 60 grand plus 10 % of the company. The "contract" for this was made almost 2 years ago, haven't seen any of that 10 % but he hasn't paid hardly anything and is now avoiding me completely, not to mention the money was an inheritance from my mother passing away. Guess you could say he is stealing from my dead mother. Is that the kind of person you want moving your stuff??? Again, don't use musclemen movers, they're nothing more than a bunch of thieving addicts.

I called to have a safe brought into the house, and they got me scheduled within 24 hours. They were on time, early actually which was nice, and the guys were courteous. They took care of my belongings and were conscientious about not damaging anything. I will call these guys again if or when I need to move.

We had an amazing experience with Muscle Men Movers. One thing specifically that we loved was that they do not charge extra for fuel or start the time when they leave their warehouse, which was especially great since we were moving from a rural area. The time starts when they arrive and start working. Other companies wanted to charge me an extra 2 hours just to get to and from my home, plus a fuel charge. The men from Muscle Men were strong and experienced and got the job done quickly. I would recommend Muscle Men Movers to anyone!

A few days ago I had them move my piano and they broke off one of the bottom pedals and they were gonna try to Weld it together I hired the Piano technician she said you can't brass on brass so now I've got to pay for all of my own pocket the money to get the piano fixed I've called 21 times to get the owner to call me but he won't.

These guys were very efficient and careful with my hot tub. I would highly recomend them for your hot tub moving needs.

I had previously had my move scheduled and confirmed in advance with a different local moving company. I had legal stipulations in my situation that allowed me a specific day and time range to move out all of my belongings because my ex was buying our house out from under me. Three days before the moving day the other moving company cancelled on me because they were just too busy it was memorial weekend. They had already taken money from my account as a deposit to hold the day and time !!! I called every mover in town but everyone was booked. When I called Musclemen Movers I spoke to A very nice lady named MaryAnn and explained my situation. She explained that they were also booked up for the entire day but she told me she would see could come up with and would call back. Surprisingly enough she was a woman of her word and did call back the same day. She had found two amazing men that volunteered to help when they were not scheduled to work that day. One of the was off because of bereavement time but he still offered to help me out. When Brandon and Dillon came with the moving truck - right on time I was so relieved. The move was complicated and they had to deal with more than they should have from my ex husband and step son , but these two gentlemen remained very professional throughout the entire process. My items were not as valuable as I’m sure most peoples are that they are used to moving but they treated each item with special care and finished up the job on the scheduled time. I cannot say enough about how happy I was with the quality and service of this moving company and how they pulled through for me. MaryAnn went above and beyond with customer service and kindness. Brandon and Dillon were not only professional and did a fantastic job moving my items but I found them to be very friendly and personable- the type of people I would be proud to call friends. I would highly recommend this company.

Avoid at all costs. I scheduled 3 weeks out with these guys and they called me the day before to cancel. They've given multiple stories first they had a truck broke down in Colorado then some guy messaged me and told me that a bunch of people quit and then when I said they said their truck broke down he said that their truck caught fire in Las Vegas he got very upset when I said I wouldn't recommend him on Facebook I started private messaging me trying to harass me into removing my comments

The worst movers ever! They were late. They only loaded half of our belongings. They damaged 3 of our walls. They damaged my couch after dragging it on its side across my drive way. They told me they could not fit all of our things in their truck because of their ramp. Then parker.. made us choose which items would stay and which would go. they told us we would have to pack the rest in our car's.they charged us 850.00 for half a truck load and then asked if we wanted to tip them. I called the company. Spoke with torey. Said owners would call back but never did.

Brett and Parker have moved me before and are extremely professional and efficient. Would highly recommend and would give 10 stars if I could.
