Called them, panicked trying to get a project printed for a birthday party at noon & Sheila not only expedited the order to get it done in time but was so sweet, helpful, even giving me coupons. Cancelled print job due to some stipulation from last year that they clearly haven’t enforced all year long. From one buisness owner to another, you should accommodate for your mistakes especially if it’s a buisness print job that was needed.

Today was needing dome address labels Avery 5162 & yellow envelopes. If you need a few sheets of address labels go to the print center ( I spoke with Mrs Sheila) and instead of buying a whole box for $30 to $45 for 100 per box. I asked them for a few sheets. I got 6 sheets for $10, Now I'm able to finish my mailing & not wasting lables the that just sit there until I need the again. Thanks OD
Floor service was great but needed to return an item next day and got there only to see that store wouldn’t open for another 45 minutes. Online information was listed as opening @ 9 but doesn’t open until 10. I am planning a funeral for my daughter so my life already stressful .This is the second time I’ve come to the store and they are closed. First time I went by hours posted on line and second time I called store and recording stated they were open. I will not be returning.

Wow! I am a newbie at getting things printed and they did an extraordinary job printing books for my Bible study class. Jackie, I believe is her name, the store manager was so incredibly kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely patient. I say all these things because I walked in to pick up my order 5 minutes before closing, and not only did she greet me with a smile, but continued to work out some kinks with my order with professionalism and kindness. I can’t name 1 other store that would go the extra mile for a customer like they did! Everyone’s always in a hurry to get home and they’re thinking of themselves. Not Office Depot in Greenwood! They truly care about their customers, and I am ever so grateful! Everyone will know how great Office Depot is in Greenwood because I am eager to share the word of mouth good news with others.🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷
I had to run in and pick up some forms. They were easy to find and is exactly what I needed.

The location of office depot is so handy and easy to find. Plenty of parking right outside their door.
I'll definitely be going there for all my office needs.
Just went in to try and have some things printed. The people on the floor were extremely nice but at the service desk they kept trying to steer me to the kiosk to do it myself, the whole point of going there was to have them print it. Needless to say I couldn't figure out the kiosk so I left without getting my stuff printed. I hate to leave this because I've always had such great service there in the past

On October 16 I had an emergency that I need help with. My daughter needed a banner for her marching band. She was suppose to work one but unfortunately got sick and wasn't able to work on it. So of course she didn't mention anything until last minute. I was able to come in and tell them what I needed and they were so helpful. I wish I had the girls name that helped with making the sign and printing it for me. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. They were both so nice and came up with a great game plan. I will be returning again and again base solely on this amazing experience. Also this was at 7pm so it was pretty late in their shift but with how both of them helped and didn't immediately say no shows what kind of people and service they provide. I can't say enough how much I appreciate what they did for me.
I had a last minute deadline - which, OF COURSE, everything that needed to go smoothly - did not. LONG story - VERY short: Austin, Sheila, and Jacqueline were the kindest, most helpful people. I truly believe they went above and beyond for ME - now a lifelong customer.
The finished deliverables were better than I could've hoped!
I had the BEST experience having prints made here. I tried several other places and no one could do it. Not only did Office Depot get the job done - it was done in under an hour! Wow! The staff was also incredibly friendly at pick up and I saw them assisting other customers at the printers. They will have my business again for sure!
