Just went in to try and have some things printed. The people on the floor were extremely nice but at the service desk they kept trying to steer me to the kiosk to do it myself, the whole point of going there was to have them print it. Needless to say I couldn't figure out the kiosk so I left without getting my stuff printed. I hate to leave this because I've always had such great service there in the past

On October 16 I had an emergency that I need help with. My daughter needed a banner for her marching band. She was suppose to work one but unfortunately got sick and wasn't able to work on it. So of course she didn't mention anything until last minute. I was able to come in and tell them what I needed and they were so helpful. I wish I had the girls name that helped with making the sign and printing it for me. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. They were both so nice and came up with a great game plan. I will be returning again and again base solely on this amazing experience. Also this was at 7pm so it was pretty late in their shift but with how both of them helped and didn't immediately say no shows what kind of people and service they provide. I can't say enough how much I appreciate what they did for me.

I was guided to the exact location of the item I was in search for, and please, with the greeting from customer service as we entered the store as well.

I had a last minute deadline - which, OF COURSE, everything that needed to go smoothly - did not. LONG story - VERY short: Austin, Sheila, and Jacqueline were the kindest, most helpful people. I truly believe they went above and beyond for ME - now a lifelong customer. The finished deliverables were better than I could've hoped!

I had the BEST experience having prints made here. I tried several other places and no one could do it. Not only did Office Depot get the job done - it was done in under an hour! Wow! The staff was also incredibly friendly at pick up and I saw them assisting other customers at the printers. They will have my business again for sure!

Great experience with a large format print order. I needed to print something remotely from another state (was traveling from Minnesota), the copy center staff walked me through placing the job online, did a great job, and had it ready to go as soon as I arrived in Greenwood.

Great print and binding services. Fast and same day pick-up. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Atta was great, he help with my car speakers not working. Very friendly and I would recommend anybody who needs radio repair or installation to go see him.

I would like to give a high five for the Office Depot on US31 South in Greenwood, In. I walked in the store and immediately got assistance for the printer toner I needed. While in the check out lane, a very polite lady by the name of Sheila did an awesome job of trying to make my experience just amazing . She not only compared my miltary discount to the AARP discount but she also compared the discount to what was on line and gave me the best choice. Now this is customer service. Office Depot I will be back.

Pat in the technology center is a lifesaver! I was stuck with technology that wasn’t working right and Pat helped replace it immediately. Pat was kind, helpful, and super knowledgeable!! Thanks Pat!

I like Office Depot for having aisles identified and with visible letters. Not crammed full. Easy to maneuver.
