Since January 2023, I’ve had the privilege of working with the local OCB team, driven by a desire to enhance both my personal and professional knowledge. I would like to take a moment to commend Mr. Roshan and Thisumi at Oxford College of Business for their outstanding support during a recent issue with my transcript. Both of them were incredibly helpful and efficient in resolving the discrepancy.
Mr. Roshan was attentive and took the time to thoroughly understand my concerns. He communicated clearly throughout the process, ensuring that I felt supported and informed every step of the way. His professionalism and empathy made a significant difference.
Thisumi also played a vital role in addressing the issue. Her organizational skills and prompt responses were impressive. She kept me updated on the progress and worked diligently to ensure the matter was resolved quickly.
