I have had a very negative experience avoid this garage. Oaks have overcharged me, rude, young mechanics and didn’t fully complete the job. Owner Martin is a walking red flag very shifty gentleman and lacks car knowledge. I still have knocking and my car was parked miles away from the garage upon collecting I had to wait for it. Very untrustworthy and unprofessional I have the same problem with my car. I’ve been to another garage in Chertsey who I trust and they said I’ve been overcharged and the garage oaks have not even done the timing my cars still knocking and leaking. The work could have been done at a fraction of the price. I was taken advantage of as I was using AA parts mad garage cover and the oaks garage is greedy they wanted to get the whole £500 plus more. £950 worth of work done on a car to be told to come back and they think I’m stupid enough to keep on paying. The garage does not care about their customers and just wanted the money. My car was not looked after half a tank of petrol GONE. I’ll be making sure to tell everyone to avoid this a garage.
Needed a resonator delete on short notice before the weekend and these guys came through! They managed to fit me in quickly, got the job done in a good amount of time, and charged a very reasonable price. Really happy with the work and the service—will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommended!
We've been to Oak Services several times now and they've always been super efficient and got the jobs we needed done. Adam who we deal with always fits us in especially when we have a car emergency and helps to get the car ready as soon as possible for school runs etc... Hes always so polite and clear with what the costs will be. We won't be going anywhere else for car repairs now. Cannot recommend enough.
I had been quoted over £200 by the main dealer of my car. Thankfully I was recommended Oaks Services by many who live nearby.
I cannot begin to thank them enough. Not only was the job done quickly and very well, the price wasn’t even a quarter of what I had been quoted by the dealer garage.
I will never look elsewhere now. So convenient and great customer service.

Will be taking my car back for the other suggested repairs that the main dealership suggested when they looked over it, as I now know I’ll get excellent customer care, great value for money and a speedy, reliable service.

my crime was to buy parts beforehand, & request labour only fit
my time is limited like most working people, so thought this would reduce time without a car
if the owner wants to talk to customers like this, i have absolutely no problem with that, it is none of my business
but he's never going to talk to me like that again, because i will take my business elsewhere
zero point in coming out with talk like this. why say it? just plain rude. avoid this garage.
