If I had known better, I never would’ve used this office. Choosing them was one of the worst decisions I’ve made. Once you start with them, you're stuck there’s no switching. They’ve shown little to no concern for my situation and have been extremely slow in moving the eviction process forward. My tenant has stayed in my property over a month beyond the court-ordered date, and I still can’t get a straight answer or a scheduled eviction date. All I hear is: “Call back Monday,” or “She’s unavailable right now.” Every call adds to my frustration. I feel completely ignored and helpless. This whole experience has been unnecessarily stressful and unprofessional. Save yourself the time, stress, and money, look elsewhere if you can.
