I visited that office and I saw doctor Michael. I find he was very short, didn't really listen to what I was telling him about the symptoms I was experiencing. He was in a rush it seems. I'm disappointed I wouldn't go back there...

We would genuinely like to look into this further. At this time, we do not have a provider in our practice named Michael, so we may need a bit more information to properly investigate your concern.

For some reason even though this is an allergy clinic- I was asked 3 times what I was born as. This was even after they had photocopied my license which said female. Also after I wrote in the intake documents that my sex is female, yet they STILL documented me as male! ** I have documentation they printed out. I verbally told them I was born female as well, when asked….. all 3 times. Explains the misgendering even after correcting them that I am a biological female multiple times. It was very disrespectful, they didn’t even acknowledge it or apologize. One of the people whom asked what I was born as, yet documented me as male, was named Angie- but it could have been the front desk who documented this as well because they take care of the new patient intake form. My doctor Robert Y. Lin MD was very dismissive, kept cutting me off, and documented my allergy test as completely negative a minute before it was even ready. I had a second opinion with the PA literally only 5 minutes later, bc I was having additional symptoms post-allergy screening, and she took the time and confirmed that I did in fact have an nut allergy- so luckily we got that assessed and documented properly..

Let's you make appointments online only to cancel it less than 24hrs later with no explanation. Now, that's Customer service. It looked shady when it was setting up to open. This just confirmed it.
